Bay State Physical Therapy

I had treatment at this facility for a few months and it was a great experience. I came in with a concussion and pain in quite a few areas. The entire staff was great, friendly, and genuine especially when it came to the concerns about my progress. I am writing this a long time after my visit, but I do really recommend this location if you are looking for physical therapy treatment!

Okay so this is not your ordinary PT Clinic. When I say that I mean that it does not have that get you in get you out, mechanical revolving door feel that I have experienced in other facilities. 30 mins and not much discussion about how the exercises were feeling. Needless to say I discharged early and did the rest on my own. My experience at Bay State was unexpected. I am an quiet observer/introvert. It takes me a while to warm up to new environments, people and places. Once I get comfortable I do engage more. Based on past experiences with rehab I was not expecting to feel this confident in my rehab and the therapist taking care of me. No lie my shields were up and I was in silent mode! However, all that changed around my 3rd visit. Whether it was Ashley M. and her riddle of the day that takes your mind off her direct approach to getting you through the first painful time of movement since before surgery. Jordan with his smooth (bass voice), approach and direction that coaxes you though even if you doubt you can do it. Jennifer with her gentle but firm manner that has you wanting to do better as she cheers you on through each set. And Matthew with his infectious laugh and assertive way that he works you through the rough spots as he tells you "...just breath, breathe. You got this!", and you do! I felt as if they were just as invested I was. Invested about getting me back on my foot and walking with both my feet in confidence and assurance that I could. Only people who like, love, and enjoy what they do can make you feel that your rehabilitation is as important and successful to them as it is to you. Thank you A.J.J.M. Everyone was very helpful with me getting back my mobility of my arm. I had a rotator cuff injury and could not even raise my left arm over my head. After attending Bay State Physical Therapy in Randolph I am able to lift my arm over my head. I am able to reach behind my back and most importantly do my own hair again. Lol. It was a struggle trying to do simple things on my own. I am so grateful for everyone who had a part in my recovery. Thank you to everyone!!

Show me a PT office that will hold, feed, and feed and play with a baby while their patient focuses on their exercises and you will show me a place that is as good as Bay State. The problem is that no such place exists. If Vidhi and her team were entered in a draft, I would take all of them in the first round. They're the best.

First time going to physical therapy so I was a little nervous, however all the therapist and staff made me feel at ease. The front desk staff are great when it comes to communicating with you and they are very understanding if you need to reschedule your appointment. One of the best experiences. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I would like to take the time out to say a big thank you to my Therapist Matthew AKA Matt for doing an amazing job getting me back together after five fractured ribs. The day I met with him for my intake he was very courteous and pleasant which leave a remarkable first impression which was awesome . Matt is very caring, professional, intelligent and always go above and beyond for his patients. He also pays attention to details very well. Matt is very knowledgeable always have the answers to my questions about my visits. He seems to love what he does very much. He multi task very well and I never felt neglected despite his busy schedule. He always has that warm smile that makes the atmosphere so welcoming. I can see him elevating in his career based on how he is applying himself in this establishment. Jayla who assists me whenever Matt is busy is very caring, pleasant and humble . The whole staff at Baystate therapy is just beyond amazing. If you need help in getting your body out of pain and discomfort look no further, Baystate is the place to be you will not regret it. Keep up the good work Matt!!!

I loved coming here every week. From the first day I stepped in to the last day I had an appointment. I love Jen and everyone there! My experience there was just what I needed to take the next step forward in life. Not only are there to take care of your injuries but mentally/emotionally too and I couldn’t ask for any better experience! Please continue to have this experience for other people! Y’all are amazing!!
