The staff at Bay State Physical Therapy are exceptional—kind and professional. My daughter's physical therapist developed a tailored care plan specifically for her injury, focusing on her overall health and return to volleyball. Despite my daughter's eagerness to get back on the court, the therapist prioritizes her strength and functionality, ensuring that her recovery is safe and effective. My daughter attends therapy three times a week, which has significantly aided her healing process, and she has made impressive progress in a short time. Previously, we worked with a different provider that only offered services twice a week, and the quality of care was lacking. At Bay State Physical Therapy, my daughter is improving much faster. I highly recommend Bay State Physical Therapy!

I needed treatment for upper back injury. I worked with Nick, who did a thorough assessment and proceeded conservatively, with gradual improvement. Within a few weeks, pain was gone. And then, I returned to golf. I am still working on range of motion and core strengthening. I am very pleased with the recovery to date. I very much would recommend Bay State PT.

Bay State Physical Therapy in Norwell is terrific! I have Spinal Stenosis in my neck, and I have been going to physical therapy on and off for many years now. I highly recommend this facility in Norwell! Everyone here is very kind & professional! Colleen, the Office Manager is always very helpful, pleasant and accommodating! I also feel very lucky to have both Lauren and Angelica as my Physical Therapists! They are both truly helping me gain a lot of strength in my back muscles, in my left arm & in my shoulder and neck. Lauren & Angelica are giving me daily exercises which are really helping diminish my pain levels as well! They are both very experienced, professional, friendly and absolutely super Physical Therapists! Thank you so much for everything! :)

I started PT after a knee replacement at another facility (not related to Bay State). This other facility was horrible. A friend suggested Bay State mainly because I wanted pool and land therapy. I would highly recommend this approach to PT and the Norwell land PT and the Weymouth pool PT. I did some days in the pool and some day land. Wonderful progress once I started. Liz Flood was my main PT person for land and is fantastic. Not only is she super knowledgeable but she’s a lovely person. Colleen M the office manger at the Norwell location is fantastic. Super helpful with billing issues and scheduling. The only thing I didn’t love was sometimes the pool was a bit crowded during therapy. I ended up joining the Weymouth club so I could get pool time to do my exercises on my own. Definitely highly recommend Bay State for PT.

My father has participated in PT to improve his balance. He was very reluctant to participate, but he has enjoyed the experience. Everyone is professional and welcoming. My husband and daughter have also had great experiences with their PT here. They both have back issues.

I went to Bay Sate Physical Therapy a couple months ago for a knee injury. The treatment was unbelievable. I was worked hard and the results were worth every bit it. I worked mostly with Lauren. Lauren is a true professional and keeps you laughing during treatment. I also worked with Ryan, Liz, and Sara when Lauren was unavailable. The quality of treatment was the same with all the therapists. The staff at Bay State makes you feel at home from the second you walk in the door. Jill at the front desk always greeted me with a smile and was extremely helpful when scheduling appointments. Great staff and even better results!! Well Done!!!

I went to Bay State Physical Therapy in Norwell for post-chemo neuropathy of the feet and calves. I could barely walk when I started my treatment in July. My experience there has been nothing but amazing from the staff at the front desk who are friendly and welcoming to the other therapists who recognize you and echo the encouragement of your PT. I highly recommend Lauren Blair. She is an extraordinary physical therapist who is invested in your recovery. I felt that Lauren gave me her undivided attention, taking care to explain why the particular exercises were important for my mobility, balance, and function. Lauren kept me focused and motivated. I always left my sessions with a positive attitude. I had a long journey, but I recently finished my treatment program with the tools I need for long-term quality of life and functional capabilities. Thank you, Lauren!

I have been going to the Norwell office for over a year. The facility is very clean and the therapists are very nice and knowledgeable. Natalie Larson has been my primary therapist. I am amazed at her knowledge in how to treat my post op shoulder repair. She has been patient, but persistent, in encouraging me to reach my goal and to obtain as much use in my arm and shoulder as possible. My surgeon even commented how pleased he was with the range of motion I have been able to recover with therapy. He even asked me for the name of my therapist. Natalie has a delightful personality and I find her always willing to help me answer any questions I have. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
