Bay State Physical Therapy

Nicole is amazing! My 16 year old son and I both had for knee injuries. Nicole has a great bubbly personality, very kind and always walks you though everything she does before she does it. Also Gina is amazing as well. My issue is with the receptionist. She is very rude, Bad attitude. And always gives me a hard time when i schedule appointments. She is the first person you see when you walk in there and honestly i was a little nervous when i first took my son there about how good this place really is. Thankfully Nicole was amazing or i would not be returning. Now i have Nicole schedule all my appointment ahead of time so i don't have to deal with her.

The physical therapist, Sean, is as pleasant as can be as well as his therapy staff. My issue lies with reception. VERY RUDE. Your receptionist is a crucial part in your customer service, if not the most important part. I rarely write reviews, unless I have a strong feeling regarding a place. Which is the case in this circumstance. Icy welcoming every time and icy every time you call. And be careful, when you're trying to be courteous and call to say you may be 5 minutes late, you may lose your head. I didn't even end up being late, I was only trying to be kind. It's hard to be kind when it's not reciprocated!!!!!!
