The entire team, from the front desk to the therapists, are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. They took the time to really understand my pain and limitations, crafting a personalized treatment plan that was perfectly tailored to my needs. The facility itself is top-notch—clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. It’s clear that the team here is committed to the highest standards of care. I have regained so much strength and flexibility, and I’m finally able to get back to doing the activities I love. If you are looking for compassionate, expert care with real results, Bay State Physical Therapy is the place to go!

I am very satisfied with my physical therapy provided at the Halifax site. Everyone is supportive, friendly and encouraging. From the moment I limped in the door the receptionist was opening the door for me and had a smile to share. The entire physical therapy staff make me feel relaxed and motivated. I am certain with their skills and positive outlooks my journey back to walking without this darn walker will happen. Highly recommend this office in particular.

I have been a patient of Megan at Bay State in Halifax for several weeks now, and could not be happier with the care I am receiving. Her plan of care from my first day out of a cast following ankle surgery has been effective and appropriate, and my improvement has been steady as a result. All of the staff at Bay State I have had the pleasure to interact with have been both friendly and professional. I am extremely happy with the choice I made to be treated at Bay State in Halifax!

The staff are very incredible people and I'm grateful. I have incurable complex issues involving my entire central nervous system and more. My goal is likely different from many others I'm hoping to avoid anymore surgeries and continue to gain core strength and more. Ive Been growing with this amazing place and people for almost 2 years now. All of the current physical therapists and those who have moved on have been amazing people. Just this one hour of my day during the week Truly makes a difference. especially when my pain is so overwhelming. I always feel better after and I am incredibly grateful for all that these incredible people do. If you put in the effort and work they will help you along your way. At the end of the day it is on the individual to choose to keep moving forward despite the odds set out against them. As hard as that is to admit and come to terms with it is the truth. You have to want to get better for everything to come together. For some it's more work than others and that is a ok. The staffj ust get it where so many don't and have not. Just saying thank you for all you do. It does not go without notice and I wanted to just express my gratitude for all you do.

I've been going to the Halifax Bay State PT location for a few months now and can highly recommend their services. The facility itself is relatively new, clean, and well equipped for a variety of therapies. Owner Ryan Myers handled my "orientation visit" and I was pleased with the keen attention paid to my medical history (which lead to my current need for knee and leg therapy.) Copious note-taking was done (which is shared via computer file) and the subsequent PT session thereafter proved he was, indeed, a good listener: targeted limb manipulation identified my problem areas, and he outlined a personalized program of care to be referred to on future visits. Be aware that you may be seen by a variety of therapists, not just one. I found this odd at first (prior PT sessions at other facilities had me always see the same therapist unless they were unavailable) but I've come to appreciate the differences in personality and technique each bring to a session. All have been intuitive in isolating and manipulating my stressed muscles and scar tissue, and I'm already standing straighter and walking better from their combined and gifted efforts. Finally, another different feature for me was the free-for-all conversational atmosphere - it wasn't unwelcome, just unexpected. My prior PT experiences had each therapy table separated by a curtain, making the exchange between patient and therapist essentially one-on-one. No such divisions here: everybody talks to everybody, and sometimes, hilarity ensues! This place and its people have happy, positive energy, which I believe adds to the healing process and is another reason I highly recommend this location.

I just completed a 20 visit stint with Bay State in Halifax. I could have gone anywhere but the reviews of this location were so positive and the facility so convenient to my house that I chose this one and BOY I'M GLAD I DID! I can't say enough GOOD things about the staff. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I really want to give a shout out to Priscilla Martinez who was my therapist. She was patient, informative and had a great sense of humor. She was very easy to talk to and extremely effective in improving my achilles tendonitis, a TRUE PROFESSIONAL! I would highly recommend this place. I was so lucky to live so close but even if I didn't I would make the drive anyway. Rest assured if I ever reinjure myself in any way, I will be going back here! Thanks a lot for everything you have done!
