Bay State Physical Therapy

I had 4 months of PT for shoulder replacement surgery Went from very limited range of motion to nearly 100%. My individual therapist Trish, was a delight to work with… professional, compassionate and very knowledgeable. I looked forward to our twice a week sessions. Clinic manager Jess is a real gem. She fosters a fun and cheerful environment while remaining professional. Not always easy given the often challenging tasks at hand. Thanks all. While the recovery was challenging, the staff at Bay State made it almost enjoyable.

Miss Jessie is the best! My daughter worked with her for a few months and she has totally tranformed into a strong, confident girl! She enjoyed these visits a lot because Miss Jessie is thoughtful and made this entire process fun and exciting. If you or your kid needs PT, you won't regret going here!

I had chronic lower back pain, stiffness, and sciatica for 6 years. I had never been to physical therapy before and was skeptical it could help, but the team at Bay State Physical Therapy fixed me in just a few months. Jessie, Trish, Mariah, and Jenna are all warm and welcoming and their friendly demeanor helps take the edge off the pain. I learned mobility and strength training exercises to do at home to stay pain free. The team is very knowledgeable and well trained and I would recommend BSPT to anyone suffering from pain or mobility issues.

Bay State Physical Therapy has been a great find for my needs. Dr Mariah Allen was very thorough with my evaluation of my injury. She gave me exercises for “homework” and has also been very helpful adjusting my therapy based on pain concerns. I am hopeful that with my continued PT the injury will be resolved. I also believe she is working to develop more strength to prevent an injury in the future.

Dr. Jessie is the best! I feel like I made more progress working with her in the first 3 weeks than I did in 3 months with my previous physical therapist. She always took the time to explain things to me, answer any of my questions, and was very nice and welcoming to my 3 year old who accompanied me. Very relaxed atmosphere while still maintaining focus on achieving recovery goals. Trish and Jenna were also great and very helpful.

Great experience-- Dr. Meriah Allen is wonderful, supportive, knowledgeable and pushed in the best ways to get my knee stronger. Got me off the surgical track I was on. Very pleasent environment, the staff is friendly and they make PT fun.

I just graduated PT with Jessie, having worked with her for 4 months post knee surgery. I can't imagine having a better experience. Jessie did far more than just follow the protocol. She was excellent at adapting my therapy to the way I was healing, troubleshooting various challenges along the way. I feel great and am again active in all the ways I want to be (walking, biking, golf...). In addition, she and her team are delightful to work with, very kind, and always helpful. There is no doubt I will return to Bay State PT if the need arises.
