Bay State Physical Therapy

My mother is blind,and we're going out of state at the end of the month to see her biological father for the 1st for his 97th birthday. Mom wanted to be able to move about better. So, her provider referred her to BSPT for her mobility and gait. They are very good with their craft. I highly recommend BSPT. Mom was tired when she got home but it was worth it.😊

I had serious lower back and hip pain and my mobility was severely restricted. In less than 2 months I was able to not only resolve all of my issues, but I am actually stronger with superior core stability after my rehab. I am truly grateful for the Bay State Physical Therapy staff’s knowledge, skill, and patience during my rehab. Sean listened to my issues, took the time to explain what the problem was, explained why the exercises would help, and really made sure all of my needs were met. I’m the kind of person who likes to understand what’s going on and why, and they exceeded all expectations in that regards. While I hope I never need to go back again, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with rehabilitation needs. Thank you to all the staff (front desk included, those guys are great)!

I want for TKR therapy after home care. Bay State has ample parking. Gave me early therapy times. Good environment clean waiting area with plenty of seating along with friendly knowledge therapist. I am a therapist and looked for a great place for my recovery and that's here.

I had a complete Achilles tear in early May and surgery on May 13, 2022. When the time came to start Physical Therapy, I looked around and visited a couple of places I was not impressed until I came to Bay State Physical Therapy in Fall River. From the very first day, I knew I was in great hands with Megan Seymour and her fantastic team. In addition, to the professionalism and knowledge of the staff, the facility is spotless, and the customer service exceeds expectations. I would highly recommend them.

Had ankle surgery and was apprehensive about finding the right place for my recovery. Brittney has been tough, strict when I needed it but amazing and essential for my recovery. She opened my eyes and my mind to learning patience and the correct way of doing things. Her experience shows and her experience has given me the perseverance to continue my recovery the right way. I am truly thankful for the whole staff which has been more than wonderful and friendly towards everyone that walks in the door. Once you become a patient, you are recognized like family and everyone knows you, which makes the environment so much more relaxed. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a personal experience with expertise and TLC.

Megan has been my therapist since the beginning. I started with her in late spring. My doctor gave me a prescription for therapy on my shoulder. I was told that Baystate was very good and near where I lived. When I stopped there I asked the receptionist who she would recommend for me if I started there. Without hesitation she said Megan. She was so right. Megan is punctual, goes beyond, and gives awesome massages. She is a wealth of knowledge about physical therapy. She is very personable and easy to talk to.. I continued with her when my knee started bothering me. I also have MS and she incorporates that into many of the exercises. When you are not there she will always communicate with you. Whether you need questions answered or want more exercises for your ailment. I would highly recommend Megan. 😊 Vicki

I have had many physical therapists in my life, but I never experienced any more knowledgeable, dedicated, focused on my very specific goals and needs with the right amount of effort than Brittany O'Dea. I commend Brittany, Dennis and the entire staff at Bay State Fall River for their professionalism, caring and for creating a pleasant atmosphere for all who pass through their doors.
