Bay Rehabilitation Physical Therapy.

Sabrina my therapist was amazing from my first visit to my last she is a true professional who truly cares for her patients, she is also sweet and funny made so much easier to get through my therapy sessions. I wasn't expecting to be so such a pleasant experience. the front staff are great, it was very easy to schedule appointments I'm so glad I found this place will highly recommend.

Great staff. The front desk staff says a lot about the overall business and work environment. ● Bay Rehabilitation is 6☆! ● My first call to them, "April" answered - full of happiness & energy - She had a copy of my order & already began insurance processing before I was even off the phone! Meanwhile, the PT affiliate of my pain mgmt - didn't answer their phone; had left early when I hand delivered the PT order; claimed it was invalid when it wasn't (can't read?) & took over a week to call back! I am so happy to be with Bay Rehabilitation

The receptionist is completely useless. The worst service you can ever receive. In addition to being useless she is rude and disrespectful.

Great and friendly physical therapists and staff. Definitely helped after my injury and surgery!
