Bay Rehabilitation Physical Therapy

The physical therapists and Ruby are professional and friendly. However there's a second female at the front desk that should NOT work with any patients. I showed up eight minutes early for my physical therapy appointment. I can't stand long due to an injury, I was using a cam walker and she refused to let in the office waiting area and was very unprofessional about it. Her unprofessionalism and lack of empathy were deplorable. I had no where to wait other than by the door. Luckily a few minutes later Ruby arrived and immediately opened the door to let me in. I have been coming here for weeks and this was the first time I found it hard to concentrate for the majority of my session as the same employee who refused to let me in was talking and laughing very loudly, at one point I couldn't even here the physical therapist clearly. Physical rehabilitation is hard and patients need caregivers that care, not ones that exude these types of behaviors.

Best staff in the entire world! Amazing PT staff as well. My favorite place for PT!!
