Bay Rehabilitation

Great place to rehab an injury or after surgery. All the techs are very nice and helpful. The facility is great and has everything you’ll need to get back on your feet. Really glad I get to come here to rehab my back after surgery

My last day here and i want more exts.from Royce to Tim and the girls and Amber and ither gal at the desk they are all great make you feel at home yet work you out good and always there to help and encourage top notch thank you bay

What a scam. They tried charging me twice for visits I had already paid for. Not to mention the very poor service that they offer. Each time I went, it was the same thing: bike, pretend to care and get rushed out as if you were never there. I would not recommend this place to anyone trying to get better. Please also review your charges as they will try to charge you twice and hit you with an “I’m sorry, my apologies for that.” Very bad customer service and record tracking system. If i could give it 0 stars, I would.

This place is absolutely the worse. I am a veteran that was refused service because I wouldn’t sign a no show policy form that didn’t apply to me or any other veteran. On the paper work I referred the to see VA instructions. VAPC3 to be exact. Their customer service colors came out… and they are not red white and blue.

I am dying of back pain. I picked this facility because of its ratings and its location to my office. I had my doctor fax over my prescription four physical therapy over a month ago. I haven't received any phone calls and have tried to call them numerous times over the course of the month. The voicemail is full and nobody ever picks up the phone. I went there physically and there was no one at the counter, no one present to realize there was six elderly people sitting waiting for service. I spoke to one of the employees on the way out as they were coming in, and still no changes. I finally received my rehab from this facility. I have to admit, they did a 180 degree. They were kind and prompt. The only downside is that the routines become monotinous. After two or three visits, I was on autopilot.

Since I been receiving therapy for my hands and feets I have been doing better with my coordination and the staff are great and supportive.

After my car accident I started physical therapy and didn’t see any progress. Left more in pain than when I got there. Staff didn’t seem to care. :/
