Yeah I also been having similar issues with this clinic on mistreating me especially over the phone even there there's only the times I've been there the only cool doctor in that place is behravan at the moment there's one cool lady there I don't know her name but it's not Marcella Marcella is the rudest of all of them that lady makes fun of the sick people on the phone while they talked to her she'll be a type of person to let you die even if you are in your worst pain the way some of those people be treating you is called negligence and malpractice request your workers comp provider always for second opinions because these type of clinics work for them which means even if you're dying don't tell the workers comp that there's nothing wrong with you I'm just lucky that Dr behravan is the only one who been checking and he find out I'm really busted up but everybody else there are bullies in the way they treat the sick people I'm speaking this for experience and I hope corporate reads this message always will ask for a transfer for negligence malpractices and mistreatment, the other the other day I called because they already know I have a neck problem I have a problem writing paper because I have to look at the paper on the table besides that they are the ones who know how to do it right obviously they have to check if you do it right so I called asking if they could check the paper for me and I told them I have everything filled up and they said no tell your family to do it or mail it to us so I said hu asking myself they're telling me to mail the paper but I don't have the mailing envelope so it didn't match don't they supposed to give me the mailing envelope but anyways and the lady made fun of me over the phone bullying me and I asked her for her name for this purpose marsela rhude devious conduct and she knows how to hide it to make people believe that she is right and you're wrong then they all gang up on you I'm glad for some of the people that recorded the way they treat people now I know that I'm not the only one who's been mistreated my whole left side of my body is busted up from up and down to the spine all the way left body deformed my whole arm shrunk and that's how badly they mistreated me regards to asking for help on the disability paper about the pain in my neck having a hard time reading I'm going to leave the image here so the public can see these people don't care because of the rudeness I have to drive 35 miles all the way to Walnut Creek Dr to have the other doctors help me do that paper they have no problem at all with it they even helped me right in there no rudeness I gave them the well-deserved tip for their kindness professionalism,

These two girls treat you with a bad attitude, they throw things at you and treat you badly. I arrived asking if they could fill out my form and they threw it in my face and after that when they saw that I took out my phone and started recording again she started to act like he was a good person but clearly it was clear that her attitude was fake because they threw my form at me again like you can see in the video. After that, a doctor arrived who kindly treated me, received the form and took my payment without any problem. If you see these two girls ask for other person for help otherwise you risk to be treated really bad

I was called by the office to set an appointment. I made an appointment then a few days later I get another call to make an appointment. I let the staff know I had an appointment and they said I don’t. The staff got really rude and nasty with me on the phone. The staff is a mother and daughter and family. But there is no way parents should be subjected to this type of treatment at all. Please seek care some where else. This type of treatment right off the back is crazy to me.

Am I the only one who's always being disrespected in this place having malpractices and devious conduct on me by the receptionist they're and over the phoneonly (there's only one good lady there and Dr behravan) everyone else are bullies I hope the general manager gets in contact with me to discuss a complain on these people you're not supposed to mistreat sick people treating them like they trash when they ask for help,,,, they are paying you you're getting paid to do your job correctly and correctly means you supposed to treat the patients with Karen respect not like trash the way you people treated me some of these younger people now in these days have no respect ouch if the truth hurts,, I'm so glad there's people recording reviews on these people mistreating the people that needs help I hope corporate reads this message to file a complaint on these people and I'm willing to meet them personally face-to-face because they also made me come there making appointments and then they say that there's no appointment I'm not the only one saying it there's plenty of people posting this type of same type of comment that's called malpractices and negligence I wonder how these people got hired in the times I've been there there's only two good people there one of the receptionist and one of the doctors the Asian guy everybody else are bullies don't do to others but you don't want them to do to you it's easy for you to treat us wrong because you're not sick keep it up

I have pretty significant pain in my lower back due to a herniated disk and sciatic nerve damage. I was told I needed the doctor to review my case and wait to schedule an appointment. After 3 1/2 weeks of the pain gradually getting worse, I was denied treatment? Not only was I denied but the staff could not tell me why? The Back and Spine Specialty group won't help me with my back/spine pain? Absolutely terrible service, do not recommend.

I have had nothing but success with Dt Behravan. Through trail and error to fine the right procedure, we found that Radio Frequency shots are the way to go. Everyone at the office is nice, helpful, concerned for my back issues and the Doctor is a joy to talk to. I am so happy that I found this Doctor to help with my lower back pain.

All the stuff in the front were extremely rude. No one professional at all . We had to walk out right way. We were sent by our attorney and while I was on the phone with our attorney they got to experience the rude stuff and told us to just walk away it was so bad and disrespectful. And the doctors were hearing and seeing everything and didn’t say nothing about it. the manager which she was NOT professional not all has her daughter working there too was even so rude to her own daughter and even smacked her on her back and told her to get up because she was taking to long. I’m so glad we dnt have to deal with them!!!
