I’m usually not one to complain about doctors but I’m so upset with Dr Roeder. I first went and ended up having to have surgery on left shoulder because of bone spurs. Well a week ago I hurt it again. I made another appointment and explained how I felt. He pushed on my arm and shoulder, which hurt so bad. But then was like “I don’t think nothing is tore”. And other words. I started crying because I didn’t feel listened to at all. Ended up having an MRI and I tore my labrum and ruptured my bicep. I know they have the results because I have them but they haven’t called. He does not have good bedside manner and he doesn’t listen well. And when I called up to their office, his psycho nurse told me all there was, was edema. I have a swollen arm with a big bulge above my elbow. Do not use this office. They don’t care. Two need to retire and the third is a quack.

Worst experience I ever had with a doctor’s office! The nurse named Heather was so rude and disrespectful to me when I called just to ask about my medication. She completely snapped on me when I questioned why I should stay on a medication that wasn’t listed to fight the infection shown on my culture results on my knee. I’ve had multiple surgeries at Baxter and all have been fantastic except this office. Avoid this place like the plague! The office manager Lisa is also is a joke, not believing a me as patient and siding with Heather stating she did not treat me wrong! These people need to be fired! I can see why the nurse behaves this way because the office manager is the root of the problem. It’s sad when all you’re trying to do is get fixed and you have people treating you unkindly! The Doctor seemed ok, but he was so short and quick..all about moving you out the door and not spending time with you to address your concerns. Go somewhere else, trust me!

When in cause of broken hip that I didn't know I had. Because was on same side that I had broken my ankle so was off on it a total of ten weeks. Had my recliner flip over on me. And left hip started hurt. Then was lots of CT scans done. But doctors had a bone scan done of my whole body and found out I had bone cancer as well. Wouldn't of found that out so early if wasn't for there full scans.

I have been seeing Dr. Moore for a shoulder issue since early May and could not be happier with him or his staff. Dr. Moore has been extremely thorough and professional when it comes to my care. He went above and beyond to try and diagnose a problem with my right bicep. I am 2 weeks out from rotator cuff surgery and as far as I am concerned, the surgery was a tremendous success. THANK YOU to Dr. Moore and his entire staff! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Moore to anyone with bone or joint issues.

I really liked Dr. Moore. The only complaint that I have, is that I felt like I couldn't ask many questions. I felt rushed. He spent about 3 to 5 minutes with me. I will go back because he seems knowledgeable, honest and has a good personality.

Not at ALL happy with Dr. Moore today. I took my girlfriend in for a followup on her knee MRI. There was a mandatory $55 copay, which we had to borrow because he put her off work for 5 weeks. Dr. Moore was literally in the office, gave her a quick and dirty review and I kid you not was out of the room in less than a minute. Excuse me? He didn't ask her how her knee felt, if it was still swollen (it is), and didn't give us a chance to ask any questions about fluid on her knee, or going back to work. Seriously? If we're spending $55 bucks on a copay I darn well want more than 60 seconds of time with the doctor! At the very least we need an explanation of something as important as fluid on her knee. We got nothing. No doctors visit should be faster than the drive thru at McDonalds! Unless you like revolving door cattle call doctors, avoid this one like the plague!

This is a typical medical office. The bottom line is there #1 concern. You are treated like you are there for there convenience and what inconvenience you are experiencing is not considered by them. I have a 8:30 appointment. It's 9:48 and I'm still waiting. Expect them to robocall you with a survey about dinner time. If you hang up they'll repeat.

The receptionist Diane is very rude and acts like it is a burden for you to be there. They seem to treat you like a dog and don’t care of your questions get answered. They make you feel three inches tall. It doesn’t matter what day it is there attitude and demeanor is the same.
