The staff here is very friendly and professional. I never had to wait for long. Dr. Allen did 2 total knee replacements on me and I feel better than ever now. The folks here are wonderful!!

It was the most dishonest an degrading place I've been... They charged my insurance for nothing wasted my time an money just to tell me that I qualified for the surgery but the tells me I'm to young an want me to go to another Dr in the office just so they can charge my insurance again but here's the kicker if I had private insurance I wouldn't be treated this way they are thieves an my family or I will never have anything to do with their office or white river medical institution any more I've been cheatedan been put thru more pain at their instructions an beacuse I refuse to be put on opioid pain killer I'm am no longer longer use to them this is how the whole white river medical institution treats their patients that are on state insurance . plus they won't let u cancel appointments over the phone because the hang up the phone on you before the menu is done an I kno its done deliberately the fact they cut the call off at different points in the menu plus you can hear when they pick up the receiver an then hangs up

Never got see the doctor, the wait was too long. They double book and do not put any priority on the patient. I had arrived 30 mins earlier to do the new patient paperwork. My appointment was at 2:30. I left at 4:00 with never having been seen. Their excuse was that I was a new patient and they had 10 other new patients. Clearly they are only interested in profits and not with patient health or well being. Additionally, with speaking with other patients waiting they had double booked. There were others scheduled to see the same doctor as me at 2:30 that were not seen when I left as well. Horrible experience. I asked for a refund to my co-pay and they attempted to void the transaction, not sure if that worked or not, I will have to wait and see. Do not go here unless you don’t mind being double booked and enjoy visiting a waiting room for 90 mins or more.

I do not recommend going until this doctors office stop double booking and putting more focus on taking care of their patients. The wait to see a doctor is over 90 mins. Their staff just tells you that there is nothing they can do with how long the wait is. Please consider going somewhere else until they change they way they do business.
