Doctor assigned was friendly and tried to help. However, the charges are high. However; there was a slight misdiagnosis as it’s not bacterial conjunctivitis but viral. Hard to gauge since virus has no cure. It would need elimination by multiple visits.

I didn’t know what to expect when I arrived at Quick Care on a Saturday afternoon during a holiday weekend. It couldn’t have been quicker or easier. The front desk staff were kind and got me checked in within minutes. I was seen by the PA, treated, and out the door within 30 minutes total. What a relief! Thank you Quick Care!!

We’ve unfortunately had to make a couple visits here while on vacation this week. Very friendly staff, easy appointment scheduling online and can complete the paperwork beforehand as well. Much easier with little kids. We highly recommend this urgent care. Everyone was so friendly from the front desk, to the medical assistants and the PAs.

I love that I can make an appointment on line and see what’s available right away. I was running late due to a traffic snarl. I called and they thanked me for letting them know and they would hold my appointment. When I arrived I was impressed with how friendly and professional they were. I was in and out within 30 minutes with a diagnosis and the prescription for antibiotics already sent to the pharmacy. 5 stars is not enough. This kind of service is rare these days and I’m grateful for it. Kudos to all the staff.

I was visiting Tahoe from Virginia for vacation when I came down with Strep Throat. I was nervous having to go out of network for my insurance but everyone at Quick Care was fantastic and made it a very pleasant experience. They highlighted the codes I would want to submit to my insurance for reimbursement and tried to walk me through that process as well as gave me a realistic estimation of the costs associated with the visit up front. The providers were very friendly and quickly identified the problem and a treatment plan. I would definitely recommend to others.

My daughter sprained her knee while she went skiing. We chose this place based on good reviews. We made an appointment online. There is very good communication during our visit. We highly recommend this urgent care.

I was told by my employer that I needed a TB test within 1 week. I searched online and within 1 hr I received my TB test at Quick Care Tahoe at a very low rate$. The staff are all amazing and I am so grateful to have found this medical office. Surely beats the local hospital in cost, timeliness, staff, location. All thumbs up!!! Thank you Quick Care Tahoe.
