Really nice facility, would have been nice to have a nice Physical Therapist too, but no, I got rude bedside manner dude who was frustrated that his assistant called in sick and he had to do the appointment himself. GEE, SORRY YOU HAD TO DO YOUR JOB THAT MORNING BRO. What an unprofessional rude experience. I immediately cancelled all my appointments and went to Emerald Bay Physical Therapy instead. Way more polite and friendly.

Miss Dana was an amazing physician. She addressed and gave examples of what treatments programs we could use to change the outcome of my wife’s back. Being treated like a priority was awesome and generous experience of her true hospitality and professionalism. Thank you.

Waited over an hour never saw Dr or anyone. Bit could hear him speaking with other patients who cane in after me. Left office no one ever called same day or day after nothing. Couldn’t care less!!! Go to RENO
