Very rude and unfriendly staff. I was asking questions about their program and their machines as a spinal cord injury patient and they would not answer any questions. They determined it was unnecessary to give me information because I was covered by acchhs as they do not take acchhss.

Dr Singh is the only doctor I’ve found that will take initiative in helping diagnose people with rare diseases that aren’t purely neurological, but have neurological symptoms. He also is the only doctor that I’ve seen that cares about getting diagnostic imaging to actually make informed decisions, rather than thrown drugs at an issue without knowing what it actually is. Without him, I wouldn’t be able to work regardless of the 6+ physicians I’d seen before him who all disregarded or missed the very obvious symptoms of what he was able to help me get a diagnosis of. The staff here is also much more helpful in comparison to the other BBS offices.
