Barnstable Physical Therapy

I really like this place. Katrina, my pt, is very competent. I trust her. She and the staff are warm and professional and you can tell people enjoy working there. It's the first time I have had pt and laugh while doing the exercises..very welcoming. And my back is getting better and core is strengthening.

I was treated by Sean for two separate problems, once in 2019 and recently (in 2024). The results have been spectacular - very thorough evaluation to start, all questions answered fully, complete recovery in reasonable time, with no recurrence of the problems. Plus, the Barnstable Village location is very convenient for me. Pretty much everything you'd want.

I have had a great experience with Barnstable Physical Therapy. I recently came back after having some back pain and doctor Katrina Pollard was very helpful in helping me with the pain she found exercises that helped me with my back. This is my second time being at Barnstable Physical Therapy and if you’re in need of apt I would recommend this place the staff are great and you will find the help you need.

Katrina is absolutely the best. The one on one attentionis exactly what I needed coming back from knee replacement. Her care with getting range of motion and the straight is so appreciated. I am so glad I gave this office a try. Will be back for round 2 on right knee oh and the cupping on scar to hwkp it heal looking better is awesome

My experience is exceptional! The doctor is amazing! I signed up for 3 extra months!!!! I cannot say enough!!! Going to Barnstable PT is the highlight of my week!!!

I don't typically post reviews but in this case, without question, I had to acknowledge the overall excellent care from Barnstable Physical Therapy. In short, this is a well oiled, smooth running operation! From the first phone call, to several PT sessions so far, there are ZERO issues. ZERO! No complaints. The staff is upbeat and excellent. Everyone listens to you and actually makes eye contact when you converse. It's rare these days, but you actually feel heard when you speak! And the building and interior is great as well. It's well designed, clean, and has a positive, healthy, overall vibe with its colors and decor. And most of all, Dr. Katrina Pollard is outstanding!! I can't say enough. She is very professional, knowledgable, and personal as well. She makes you feel comfortable and in good hands. When you talk with her, it's as if you are being heard, and listened to, like a healthy conversation should be. I guess the very best compliment I can make is that I actually look forward to my PT appointments. I highly recommend BPT, and Dr. Pollard, to anyone in need. Outstanding job by all.

Katrina has been a godsend. I cannot say enough positive things about her. She really listens and explains everything she is going to do and why. She’s patient, funny and knowledgeable. I just love her and told her that I want to file adoption papers on her. Does it make sense to you when I say I enjoy going to PT because of Katrina?
