Baptist Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital

The staff, nurses, and therapist were exceptional. The we’re friendly and kind. Willing to help at any time and kept me informed on what was happening. My therapist were outstanding. I felt safe and trusted them. I would recommend Baptist Rehab Center. I have not had any worries about my care at all.

It’s been a great experience and all the PT and OT TECH have been very good. Sarah was a real standout in her demeanor and knowledge. Communication has been complete and very timely. Meals have been good with excellent choices. The Dr Assigned to us , Dr Jain, was very thorough and most helpful and in understand our needs and answering question. Feel we are leaving having meet all our goals.

My wife was having serious health issues and we picked Baptist Rehab for her inpatient rehab because all of the rooms were private and I was allowed to stay with her after hours. We were there for 15 days and were very pleased with her visit. All of the personnel including the nurses, therapists, and doctors were not only professional but also polite and attentive. I would recommend this hospital for anyone needing rehab.

My father spent 2 weeks rehabbing here in. We are thoroughly pleased with the care and service he received while there. The nurses are exceptional, helpful and caring. The PT and OT staff are remarkable! Dad went from barely being able to move himself in the bed to walking, bathing and dressing himself. Safety was always a focus for the staff which is greatly appreciated. My father was encouraged and supported during his stay, as were my mother and I while also staying well informed by the nursing and therapy staff. The dedicated case manager was great at pulling everything together for discharge while keeping our goals in mind. We had all my father’s follow up appointments scheduled before discharge date and written out in detail for us in the discharge paperwork. Overall a positive experience and outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend this rehab facility to others!

From day one staff was friendly caring and informative professional warm, I just can’t say enough. The nurses therapists doctors techs and even housekeeping and dietary were all wonderful, professional and did their jobs in a very caring manner. You seldom had to wait for anything when you called. I needed a cpap and they got it for me because mine was broken and had it set up and went over and beyond what you would expect. The rooms were nice and clean and the food was good. I have to say I was especially impressed with physical and occupational therapy. I would recommend this place to anyone. They listened to my problems. I was hesitant to come to rehab because of a past experience at another hospital when my mom was sick but this place was fantastic. They cried with me and laughed me when I needed to talk.

My father was there for an extended rehabilitation and I was with him approx. 10 hours a day, the staff were absolutely fabulous. His primary MD and nurses made frequent visits and kept us informed of his condition and progress. The PT, OT, and ST staff were caring, attentive, and worked diligently toward improving his condition. The kitchen provided a menu from which he could choose the next day’s meals from a decent variety of choices and the food was tasty (I sampled). The facility is kept in spotless condition. 5 stars well deserved.

Awesome rehabilitation hospital and I highly recommend it, if you want to get real physical therapy and occupational therapy. The staff was not only professional, they were caring and pleasant to be with during the healing of my broken hip that I had surgery on with 3 titanium rods inserted. Upon leaving I was able to walk walk with assistance from a walker, but able to take care of myself from their training. I should be walking with out any assistance within a short time

The staff here for three weeks have been great. They do everything to help you. They are a fine bunch of people. Therapy is just as good. I had Grace and Hillary. They were great. Everyone in therapy is nice and concerned and they are all super. Food is great too.
