Predatory cancellation policy. Had a newborn, so going to the gym right now wasn’t an option. The front desk has always been extremely friendly. Showed up at the beginning of October to cancel my membership. Told them I would be back in January. Was still charged for the month and had to pay for the following month. Paid for the on the spot. Was still auto drafted for November. Had to pay $225 to cancel a gym membership whose services I did no use in that entire time span. Insane.

My choice in Meridian for physical conditioning for the last 10 years. Fully equipped with all the exercise machines and barbells and you will need to stay in top form plus basketball, racquet ball, and a nice walking track. A friendly staff for individual instruction is available, too, along with fresh towels, steam room and whirlpool after the work out. Always plenty of fresh coffee in a little lounge area to socialize and relax with friends completes a pleasant workout at Anderson Health and Fitness Center.

Best gym in town. Might be a little expensive that other gyms, but It have way more classes and better service. And the desk people are so polite, nice and helpful

Courteous staff; only gym in town with childcare; variety of equipment & classes; hours are ok, better for daytime & weekday schedules, only open until 8pm weeknights & 4/5pm on weekends

Reasonable rates, friendly staff, professional instructors, a wide variety of classes, and a huge variety of equipment have all combined to make it mostly joy to get back into shape!

The nurses on the second floor are all beautiful people. The hospital needs a makeover

Great gym but the hours aren't the next on weekends...
