Baptist Health Urgent Care - Hot Springs, Airport Rd.

The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The nurse assistant was kind and apologetic that they were running behind due to another patient who needed a cast put on…well obviously more important than my issue! The attending physician again apologized for the delay and was so attentive to my health issue and my modesty concerns. She was extremely knowledgeable and offered a progressive approach to my treatment. The whole experience was a much higher expectation of “urgent care” and I without hesitation recommend this location. I am a very healthy senior and will not hesitate to come here again should I need their services.

Love this clinic. The staff was very caring and neighborly while still being professional. The waits were within a reasonable time frame. And while I wound up having to go to the ER. They arranged for a room to be waiting on me. As well as all the results and conclusions they had. So the ER testing and wait was amazingly fast for a ER visit. I definitely recommend the Baptist urgent care unit in Hot Springs Arkansas

The staff was exceptional! Jenny, Taylor, Kristin.... very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facility was clean and well organized. The wait time was brief, and total time in the clinic may have been 30 minutes at most. That being said... I was informed by the APRN-NP that it is the clinic's policy to only write out return to work notices for 2 days. When I asked the front desk staff about the policy she said it was put in place by Payton Givens, their Director of Operations. If you cannot magically get well within 24 hours of being seen in this clinic, and need documentation for your employer, then you are better off seeking care from your PCP or a facility with a less asinine policy.

The APN was amazing and helpful. When we walked in the front desk lady greeted us and let us know what we needed to do. We did not wait long then the nurse who was very sweet and funny took our info and let us know what was going to happen. The whole process was amazing. I love that they are in Hot Springs now.

I was visiting the area from out of state and my pediatrician recommended taking my little one in to be seen, so we chose this location due to the excellent reviews and we were very pleased with the care we received. Went in first thing Monday morning and it was pretty busy, but the entire staff was kind and welcoming. All information was completed digitally through Solv, which made check in and registration seamless. The NP was sweet and gentle with my little one and thoroughly addressed all my concerns. Highly recommend this location if you’re in need of care!

We walked into the clinic about 2:00 this afternoon. We met a lady behind the desk and her name was Robin. Robin then greeted us with a smile and kind service and helped us get registered in. Then we went back we meant the most thoughtful caringest nurse ever. She treated us like we're a royalty and treated as like we were brand new infant she showed us love care and thoughtfulness and urgency kindness understanding it was like she was going through it with us. She is a remarkable nurse we were glad to see her. One of the best ever and we can never thank her enough for what she's done for us thank you so much the Winger family, p.s. we almost can't wait to get hurt again because we were treated so good. We want to reach out and give an extra special thanks to nurse Misty she went above and beyond any Duty that I've ever seen in my years she was the best still is the best and always will be the best you can tell that by talking to her looking at her and being her patient once again thank you so much

Amazing AMAZING staff! I’m so grateful for their outstanding customer service! One of the vaccines I need for school was expired so they had someone drive it over from another clinic. Saved me a headache and trouble. I was in and out. The nurse was the sweetest! Would 10/10 recommend!

Hubby had a small medical issue when we came for a long weekend to the Hot Springs area. We made an 'appointment' online and that pulled him forward in line when we got there. Friendly, knowledgeable staff had him on his way with a prescription in about an hour. He's much improved 24 hours later.
