Every time I have been to Urgent Care the people who work there have treated me wonderful. Casey is an excellent NP....she and the others that treated me were great. I've always gotten excellent care. Thank you to all the staff.

I presented in a great deal of pain but I felt very dismissed. Got a steroid shot that has done nothing. Tossed and turned all night in pain AFTER my appointment and was up by 2am crying in pain. Did not feel heard or cared about. I won’t be back. The triage nurse was the only one with compassion and she was very kind.

From the moment I walked in the receptionist was awesome. The person that took my vitals was awesome. The person that took me back to x-ray was most excellent. And Doctor McCoy was the best ! On my way home, I had to stop and say to myself OMG that was the best experience I’ve ever had in a walk-in clinic ! & Dr. McCoy ( I resist the urge for a Star Trek joke ) was The Best !

They were very nice and understanding!, my daughter wasn’t having a good morning, with her illness. I explained what meds were given and was worried about missing school, and why, and dr. Shelby reassured me, I was doing the right things, and to make sure to let her rest and keep going by her normal meds, and stay hydrated!.

The nurse was so good with my 6 year old while getting a strep and Covid test! The best staff! Very friendly! Quick service!

Used the online app to schedule and enter all the relevant information. Showed up 15 minutes before scheduled time, checked in, and about 5 minutes later was seen. The provider quickly diagnosed my problem and took the extra steps to make sure I didn't have pneumonia. Provider sent me in a prescription and it definitely solve my problem. Really friendly service and a terrific provider.

The young ladies there were awesome. Took great care of me! Nurse practitioner was very caring and gentle with my broke hand. I can’t say enough about these good people😊
