Baptist Health Therapy Center-Hot Spring County

I do not recommend anyone that cares about their relatives to go to this facility. My grandmother went to take an order to receive therapy and was treated poorly and disrespectful by Ann and the receptionist. The receptionist did not greet anyone properly and her attitude was nasty and should not be working with the public. She had on way to much perfume in a medical facility that would knock a camel on his back what about people with allergies or breathing problems. My grandmother was spoken to by Ann as though she was a child and not only was Ann rude, she rolled her eyes at my grandmother when she asked her a simple question. It hurt her feelings and to think that she is going through so much at this point in life she would get just a little respect trying to set up her therapy. What is this world coming to shame on you Ann and shame on the receptionist you caused her to become emotional and cry due to your lack of kindness and professionalism. I pray no one takes their grandmother to this place for therapy. Shame on you all I pray no treats your love ones like this but if they do please think of how you’ve treated her . Shame on you all!!!!!!
