Baptist Health Therapy Center-Conway

I recently had trigger release surgery and have been working with Belinda even before the surgery. I am so grateful to have her as my PT. She’s very nice, funny and easy to talk to. She is very experienced with my situation and takes her time with me to listen to my concerns/questions. Belinda even goes the extra mile and checks on you even after hours! Extra points for that! I would also like to brag on Karyn who is also very nice at the front desk. She recently helped me with an issue regarding my insurance all while I was in my PT session. I would recommend this facility and Belinda!

I wanted to like this practice, but it started out questionable. My first appt was scheduled for 9am. At 845, I was pulling into the parking lot and the practice called asking me if I was still coming, and how far away I was. I reminded them my appt was for 9am, to which she snapped, “8:40 for paperwork!”. Then, after completing the paperwork by 8:50am, I sat waiting till 9:15 anyway! Then, week two, I show up for the appt they scheduled me for ant 8am and the receptionist told me I wasn’t supposed to be there till 10am. I told her that my appt was 8am and she said, ”I’m looking at it in my computer, it’s at 10am, check the sheet I printed you!” I returned home and got my printed sheet showing my 8am appt. and returned to the practice, to explain I was correct and the 10am appt won’t work for me. The receptionist wouldn’t look up at me and continued talking to a co-worker on the phone saying things like “I am going to have to file that in the I don’t care department”, and “That’s not my problem!”… When she finally ended the call, and I addressed the errors she made, she became defensive and shocked at my dissent. I told her that she is grossly unprofessional and left. I am transferring my care to Conway Regional Therapy Center.

I cannot give enough kudos to this team! After my wreck and surgery, they literally picked me up, worked their magic, and cheered me on to sail. We shared many laughs, they kept my spirits up and encouraged me when my body didn't want to cooperate, and they became my family. There were many days that I got there and was hurting and by the time I left, I felt so much better. Angie's skills and knowledge outmatched any issue I brought to the table, and that wreck and surgery presented plenty! They are truly skilled and care for each of their clients. I know if I need PT again, exactly where I am going, and this time, instead of dreading it, I'd look forward to it. Karyn, Angie, Kenny, Belinda, Melissa, and Holly, thank you so much for all of your help!!! Y'all will always be my Rockstars!

The team is professional, very knowledgeable, and work together amazingly well. They work to truly understand the issues and adjust according to your needs. No cookie cutter approach here. Holly and Breeze and fabulous.
