I recently had a session with Francis, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we began, it was clear that Francis is not only highly skilled, but also deeply dedicated to his work. He took the time to thoroughly assess my needs and developed a personalized plan to help me reach my goals. The session was well-structured, with the perfect balance of challenge and support. Francis' approach was both professional and compassionate, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Overall, this was a phenomenal experience, and I’m grateful for the positive impact Francis has already made. Highly recommend!

I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional therapy services. The staff spends more time gossiping about clients and chatting about their weekend activities (like going clubbing) than focusing on patient care. The environment felt disrespectful and unprofessional. One therapist, Francis, especially stood out for all the wrong reasons—constantly engaging in inappropriate, casual conversations during work hours. It’s clear Francis doesn’t know the difference between work and weekend talk. This lack of focus and professionalism made me feel like my concerns and progress weren’t taken seriously. If you’re looking for a clinic where the staff prioritizes their clients AND maintains a professional atmosphere, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Friendliest staff ever. From Carol at the front desk to all of the therapists. Especially Jeff. He was my therapist. Skilled & extremely caring & a wonderful sense of humor. Also very informative. It was a pleasant experience.

The Baptist therapy center in Benton is great. This is my third time for shoulder rehabilitation after surgery. My therapist, Francis was wonderful. He was kind and compassionate and very patient with me . He and the entire staff were great. Carol in the office and Jeff and Ken were all very friendly and encouraged me daily. From start to finish, this team is awesome! It is apparent that they work well together and try to make the patient experience as smooth as possible! Francis is very knowledgeable and clearly explained the process and all expectations. He even answered all my crazy questions! Highly recommend this facility!!

Great environment and learned strategies to help prevent injuries from affecting my ability to work hard

I saw Francis after my shoulder surgery and he was absolutely amazing. He took the time to work with me and made sure I was doing okay. I definitely recommend going here for PT if you can! Everyone here is extremely nice and always happy to talk to you!
