Patient care does not seem to be the priority from what we’ve seen so far. We have followed the chain of command to complain and hopefully these issues will be resolved or we will be forced to remove our loved one from the facility. 1) Upon arrival to the facility, the care plan was never reviewed and therapy was exercising exactly what the surgeon specifically said not to. 2) Intimidating family with calling security whenever the nursing staff failed to take care of the patient and was confronted. 3) Making a “contract” with the patient and expecting them to keep their end but nursing not keeping their end of said contract. 4) Nursing not giving as needed meds because the patient didn’t ask for the med by name when the patient is in for traumatic brain injury and has memory problems. 5) Inconsistent standards of care between week day and weekend staff. 6) Asking staff’s intervention and ignored because it wasn’t time but never telling you it’s not time.

Please i warn you, Do Not Send Any Family Member To This Place! They will seem nice to you if you're around the patient, but when you leave, all hell goes down with closed doors. So if the patient don't take their medicne, they will beat them. And if they move while in bed the bed makes a "beeping" sound so they may know what they are doing while in bed. And if you do not believe me, i have proof. Because of this my grandmother has passed because of all of the bruises. And my grandfather has informed me of all the darkness going on with them. So keep in mind about this post and the abuse here. #Save the Elderly

Excellent therapists and physician! They take extra time for their patients and their families. They are great motivators and would definitely send my loved ones back there!

Love this hospital such a family feel, everyone is so nice and genuinely cares. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.
