Call before arriving; this facility will not call ahead to review your responsibility after insurance. They use shady billing practices, which evade your insurance benefits. What should be a fully covered PT with a Dr. script. ran me $280 for a 30 minute session, my new PT provider bills appropriately and give a 1 hour session for my copay of $55. "Healthcare that cares"
Worst communication! Good luck to whoever comes here for therapy
My treatment of my shoulder during 2 months didn’t work, because in each treatment you have a new therapy, nobody follow your file, and you need to inform your problem in each session. Nobody take attention to resolve.
Best of the best. therapists are excellent, attentive, very knowledgeable, they walk you through the excersices needed for the injury you present, it is a very clean place, the equipment is new, orderly, relaxed environment, the waiting room is relaxed and the clerks are wonderful, good place for recuperating.
