I highly recommend the Baptist Health physical therapy program in Plantation. The team is friendly and professional and the hand therapist Evelyn is outstanding. Evelyn has helped guide me through a painful recovery and has known exactly how hard to push me to progress through the recovery process. She is highly skilled, caring, knowledgeable and supportive and I am extremely grateful for her.

Like to write a review about Evelyn, who is the Hand Therapist and plantation for Baptist Hospital. The last eight months have been really difficult for me and I have broken my wrist and two fingers. I had gone to another therapist because I cannot get an appointment with Evelyn. I regretted doing that . And eventually came back to Baptist. Evelyn is incredibly talented occupational Hand Therapist I highly recommend her. She’s also very sensitive to your needs and extremely helpful. I give Evelyn six stars. If you were going to have to work with the occupational Hand Therapist, make sure that you definitely choose Evelyn.

She is very knowledgeable, passionate, professional, and kind. She knows exactly how much to push me so that I make progress and knows when to pull back to ease the pain. I can’t say enough good things about Baptist Health Physical Therapy and my amazing therapist, Evelyn! After rupturing my patella, I was really worried about getting back to normal, but Evelyn guided me through every step of the recovery process. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly how to push me just enough without overdoing it. Thanks to her expertise and constant encouragement, my knee is feeling stronger every day. If there's such a thing as a silver lining following a trip and fall, I got lucky and found one. Had quite the fall on 08/14/2024 and injured my right knee. I was seen by and received excellent care from Dr. Michael Swartzon at my one-time visit with this medical practitioner. My good fortune was to be assigned to Agustin Ortiz, DPT, OCS, MTC for the 8 weeks of physical therapy. Agustin was exceptionally astute when it came to selecting the most appropriate exercises for my knee and for my age. Clearly he excells at his professional specialty. I'll add Agustin was patient, encouraging, kind and a great listener. I've made a full recovery and credit the care I received from both Dr. Swartzon and Agustin Ortiz.

Great Physical Therapy sessions. Very professionals & qualified. Justin was a good listener to my therapy concerns, he had the skills to guide me to a perfect outcome and rehabilitation of my back & hip pain! I finished with no pain and a very strong core thanks to him 😜👍🏻

I came for treatment for left shoulder adhesive capsulitis, and the physical therapy team was incredibly professional, friendly, and kind. Justin, my therapist, was especially knowledgeable about my diagnosis. Thank you for helping me find relief from my pain.
