I would strongly discourage considering this location for physical therapy services. The main issue I encountered was the overwhelming workload of my assigned physical therapist, who was simultaneously managing three patients, myself included. Additionally, he frequently assisted other physical therapists, leaving me with minimal individual attention. Upon analyzing my two visits to this facility, I realized that the actual time dedicated to my treatment amounted to approximately 16 minutes. It gave me the impression that I was more of a byproduct of a system rather than a genuine patient in need of personalized care. Subsequently, I made the decision to switch to a different physical therapy provider where I received nearly an hour of focused attention from a dedicated physical therapist.
