Banner Physical Therapy - University Medical Center Phoenix

Just finished up 9 months of therapy here after 2 partial knee replacements. Cory was my therapist and was absolutely wonderful, he pushed when I needed pushing but never too far. Unlike a lot of other PT's, he works directly with you and never hands you off to someone else to do your exercises. His knowledge, skill and expertise are unsurpassed. He is by far, the best therapist I have worked within my many years of back and knee issues. The front desk is friendly and welcoming the facility is clean and very well run. I can't recommend enough!

I thought I’d expand on my review of Banner Physical Therapy, noting that in addition to my Therapist (Sabrina Laukonen) doing an awesome job getting me through my failed Knee Replacement Recovery, I wanted to acknowledge the office staff as well. The Office in general have been great, and one in particular (first name is Tiana), has been great taking care of my payments, copies of my PT Records, etc., She also has provided me with mental inspiration (acknowledging changes in my therapy) when I come into PT. Thanks again to Banner getting my life back on track! I’m posting a photo of me walking, something I had serious doubts I’d ever do again!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the therapist Mark. I felt very comfortable with him, knowing that he had a plan for my recovery. I enjoyed working with him and will in the future.

Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy were all appreciated and a great experience. Thank you al and a special thank you to Allison, my speech therapist.

I've had numerous rounds of physical therapy over the years with a variety of people. This has been the most frustrating for me but Mark just tells me I'm making great progress and when it's hard I'll learn more. I won't let it defeat me.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I've been trying to get in contact with this clinic to schedule an appointment since Oct. No one answers the phone or calls you back.
