Amber the hand therapist in Surprise is very good at her job. She tries not to hurt you too much, but we know her nickname, Princess. She made a trigger finger splint in about 5 minutes after paraffin treatment, flexibility work and soft tissue treatment all in an hour

Jeffrey Willenbrecht is a very knowledgeable and intelligent therapist! He made going to therapy so fun and I actually looked forward to going!! I highly recommend him!

Staff here is attentive and compassionate, from Jayden and Gabi at the front desk to the therapists. Amber, my Occupational Therapist, is determined to make progress with my complex broken arm, and equally as important, is my much needed cheerleader and moral support helping to alleviate my anxiety. This staff demonstrates great teamwork in my case and for others I observe during my sessions.

Amber Nivens goes above and beyond in making sure I am getting the best and most benefit out of my therapy sessions. She is upbeat, explains the whys and wherefores of what is being done and explores ways for me to expand therapy outside of sessions. Excellent.

Josh is very thorough in the initial escessment of my condition. Upon doing the exercises he puts forward for me, I'm immediately starting to get up and walk for longer times with confidence. They all make a great team in caring for there patients. Thanks.

I met with Jeff on day one, he took measurements to see how much function I had in my shoulder. He took me through some exercises and designed a program to follow at home. When I began doing therapy at Banner both Jeff and Pam were pleasant, not pushing but encouraging. At the end of four weeks I had restored most of my shoulder function.
