Todd Ellenbecker is the best PT in the business. Old school but knows his business and takes care of his patients. The man the myth the legend. Now the billing department on the other hand is very shady to say the least. You never know how much you’re going to pay and the codes billed are often different from visit to visit even when the therapy is exactly the same. Some times they even bill under the wrong PT name. When you’ve hit your out of pocket totals all the sudden the invoices no longer make it to your insurance provider and the overpayments vanish. This was my least favorite part of the banner therapy process not to mention when Todd moved here from Rehab Plus the billing for his services increased by 2.5 X. I get that people need a raise but 250% more seems excessive. With that said if you don’t care about the cost and what you’re being billed and want the best in the business, Todd’s your guy!

Tad is an outstanding physical therapist! He is professional, shares his knowledge with you (which is vast) and takes genuine interest in your treatment and wellness.

Banner physical therapy at first seemed like a god send. I was so impressed with my therapist and excited about actual healing after a previous experience of being ignored and not taken care of. But the billing of Banner has become a nightmare. I was told my insurance would cover my appts at a specific amount an appt. Someone called me before appts started and said that they called my insurance and took care of speaking with them for an estimate. I obliged and trusted that this is what I would be paying. Multiple appts later, I am sent a bill for hundred more. With the most redundant coding and charges for seeing the therapist on top of paying for the appt automatically every time I came in. I was so taken back by the surprise bills and have been put through the wringer of talking with billing and the front desk. The manager is refusing to call us back on top of the fact that if the coding is incorrect why is the PATIENT doing the work to fix it? This is something that billing should be rectifying with the PT and front desk, not the patient trying to do the work and not even being responded to. Not to mention students are required to be part of your appointments and while they were kind, almost all of my appts were never with the actual therapist and only with the students. Lacking the care that I was signing up and paying for.

Hands down Dave Hogarth is the best PT in the business. Passionate, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and always worth the to see him work his magic.

I have just started physical therapy but have been impressed with the knowledge and equipment at Banner and especially Regina Younger for helping me getting back to running.

Starting to see results already. I appreciate the professionalism and knowledge of the therapist. the team there understands my goals and is focused on helping me achieve them. I have been to a lot of physical therapist throughout my life for injuries and surgeries, the PT here is by far above and beyond other therapy I have encountered.

Tad is fantastic. He helped me rehab a partially torn Achilles tendon, then helped me rehab a hip issue involving a joint replacement and now is helping with a rotator cuff injury. The best!

good experience. appointment set up in reasonable time, good result. excellent facility first class equipment and personnel. Only problem for me is distance from my house and freeway construction causing difficulty in reaching facility during high traffic hours.
