Banner Physical Therapy - Scottsdale - 95th Street

My elderly mom recently received pelvic floor therapy from Julie Broback. Julie immediately made my mom feel welcomed. She listened to her questions and was spot on with meeting her needs for therapy. Julie is a very positive and compassionate therapist. She was able to provide my mom with appropriate exercises and feedback. We highly recommend Julie to anyone needing pelvic floor therapy. She is definitely a great therapist and awesome with the elderly population.

I entered into the lobby, signed in and sat down since I did not see the front desk staff. Less than a minute later, Loretta, returned to the front desk. Loretta saw that I have a rollator and offered to bring me the new patient package to fill out. I let Loretta know I completed the forms and she took my paperwork and FSA card and then handed me an iPad to list my issues. Loretta returned my credit card and receipt and took the iPad too! WOW!! That is service beyond my expectations. I loved the fact that my therapist, Maria, who took me into her office so we could talk openly about my health issues in privacy and to explain my pain. Also, during my PT, I was going at my pace using my rollator! I learned a lot on my first day there! AND, I left with some homework to complete and do everyday! Other PT places ask you questions in an open gym setting…..I don’t understand how other PT places continue to do this in the open for all to hear especially your health issues?!? Thank you Loretta and Maria!! If you two are like this, I’m sure I’ll be in good hands here! This was truly an amazing experience!

After seeing 2-3 other physical therapists, I fortunately chose Banner P.T. and Mark Francis. He is obviously a gifted therapist with the ability to diagnose and explain the problem, & then work together with the patient to resolve it & eliminate pain. He is very experienced, answered all my many questions and is very congenial as well. This is an extraordinary, well managed facility with a warm, friendly staff of physical therapists and a personable front office staff, Loretta and Katie. I highly recommend this facility.

My therapist, Maria is an exceptional pulmonary guide. Before I met her, she knew all about me and my breathing problems. She carefully explains all the reasons that I am as I am, and why I should do the exercises she prescribes. I feel very comfortable with her during our appointments.

Both Kali and Maria have been wonderful! I’m learning so much to help my breathing issues. They are both kind, friendly and so knowledgeable. I look forward to each session.

I have been to many physical therapists in the past without seeing any real results from treatment, so I was hesitant to try again. I am so glad I did though! With Maria and Kali's help, and really sticking to the home routine prescribed, I have been able to notice a real improvement. Their encouragement, kindness, and exercises had an incredible impact on my health and healing, and I would definitely recommend Banner Health Physical Therapy!

I have been attending physical therapy for ~6 months with Kali at Banner. It’s been a very positive experience and I’m feeling even stronger now than I was before I had surgery. I was diligent about doing my stretches and exercises at home between appointments and it paid off! I recovered quickly and fully. I was back to mountain biking 6 weeks after a major surgery. Having Kali guide me through the exercises every week kept me on track at home. I developed painful cording on a few occasions and Kali was able to relieve it in one session every time. With her guidance, I’ve successfully avoided developing lymphedema. When I developed a tremor in my hand as a side effect of chemotherapy, Kali gave me exercises that helped reduce its frequency until it disappeared completely. I’m grateful that I’ve had Kali to help me navigate my rehabilitation. She’s very passionate and knowledgeable about her profession and a genuinely kind person as well 😊 Every experience I’ve had at Banner Physical Therapy Scottsdale has been positive.

Great staff and they work hard to understand the patient needs to get the desired results. Will definitely helped me knee therapy.
