Banner Physical Therapy - Phoenix - Moon Valley

In October of 2023, I drove 1hr and 15 minutes to have my first consultation with Cassidy for my severe back pain that was affecting my ability to carry out everyday activities. From the start, Cassidy was patient, thorough, and took the time to explain her approach and what to expect in the coming months. Over the course of nearly a year, I worked closely with Cassidy. When I began therapy, I had a diastasis recti that was three fingers wide, and by the time we finished, it had reduced to just half a finger's width. I'm incredibly thankful to Cassidy for helping me get back to being pain free and for teaching me proper body mechanics. Thanks to her, I can continue to protect my lower back and focus on strengthening my core and pelvic floor muscles. My only regret is not addressing this sooner but ultimately thankful I found a therapist as knowledgeable and pleasant as Cassidy.

My visits at the Banner Physical Therapy location Moon Valley was more than I expected. The staff there was aware that I was coming and after checking in at the front I was quickly taken in and evaluated. The technicians gave me several physical tests and asked appropriate question and then prepared a therapy plan for me that addressed the issues I was facing. After 2 more sessions they came to the conclusion that I was suffering from 2 issues and not just the one that I had originally been diagnosed with. They prepared a revised treatment plan and I felt improvement with in 2 days. Very professional, competent and caring.

Cassidy is great! She was very patient with explaining the process, listening to my concerns, addressing how therapy will improve my condition and in properly caring for me. Cassidy walked me through every step, made sure I knew the cause of my symptoms, identified a treatment plan and provided guidance on my at-home care. Thank you Cassidy & Banner Physical Therapy! Dr Peterson is very competent and positive. She has contributed to higher quality of life for me through physical therapy. I’m glad to be in her care.

I have returned to Banner Physical Therapy with my current body complaint. How fortunate to once again have Mike Orlich as my therapist. My balance has been a challenge and after only 2 visits I already notice improvement. At age 80, I prefer to work on improving my balance BEFORE the fall! Thanks for the help.

I have only had two or three therapy sessions for a left hip revision, however I would highly recommend Banner Physical Therapy-Phoenix Moon Valley, because they will provide you with the strength, education, and resources to rehabilitate you back to your normal self! Their approach might seem a bit aggressive, however very effective and efficient! Their professionalism and knowledge continues to amaze me with each session, and their sense of humor makes the process much more enjoyable. The therapists are fantastic and a pleasure to work with at each of my sessions. The facility is well equipped with all the necessary equipment and or resources to accommodate every patient and the sessions are two or three patients at a time, which is great, because this prevents patients from crashing into each other, while stretching and or exercising. I am very grateful, that I came here and that together with this wonderful team, I will rehabilitate myself back to my normal self soon. Once again, I would highly recommend and encourage coming to Banner Physical Therapy-Phoenix Moon Valley to anyone interested in receiving top- notch therapy from highly qualified therapists.
