Banner Physical Therapy - Peoria

I began with Banner Physical Therapy for lower back pain which I have had for a number of years, and pretended it would go away, silly me. They are considerate, compassionate, patient, understanding, thorough, and very friendly. The staff listens to you and suggests the best exercises for you. At the end of treatment they have offered a massage and/or ice or heat pack. I highly recommend 👌 them for you and your needs. You will also want to thank them for all their help.

Banner physical therapy 9401 West Thunderbird Rd is extremely rewarding. In just a short time I have noticed my extreme limp turn into a lot milder limp. I still have work to do but I'm getting results. If you want a place that works with you and makes you feel relaxed while doing your therapy, then this is the place to be. A very calming and friendly environment filled with Professionalism. They encourage you to keep trying but not hurt yourself. I appreciate that. From Reception to the Therapy floor and the bathroom, it is very clean. I've been greeted with a smile and a hello from reception each time I arrive. Only complaint is that the parking out back is difficult to get to. You have to work your way from one bldg to get to the one you need and the ramp at the east end where you need to be, is not clearly marked. But that is all on whoever does the outside bldg maintenance. You'll find your way, just leave 5 - 10 min early, till you figure it out. 😊

Cheryl is very professional and personable, attentive to my questions and concerns. Banner offers many convenient locations and and made it easy to schedule appointments. On line tools for my exercises and appointment reminders are convenient.

I got injured at work in December but had to wait to start physical therapy for over a month. When I came here I had significant loss of motion and strength on my right shoulder and arm. I was having issues with having issues with my Worker’s Comp doctor but Banner Physical Therapy helped me navigate the issues so I could get treatment. Cheryl was outstanding! She understood the physical demands of my job and what I needed to return to work healthy. The entire staff (professional and students) were all professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. With Cheryl and everyone’s help, I am cleared to return to work full duty! I have a full range of motion again and my strength has been returned thanks to the great care I received here.

I highly recommend all the therapists at this office. They are kind, skilled, and personable. It is a pleasure to spend time with them. I have had both my knees replaced within three months and can say this staff has made it as pleasant as possible. Go to this office if you can.

I had a total knee replacement and received physical at Banner Peoria PT. Your greeted with a cheery hello. Kelly is very uplifting and supportive as she takes you through the exercise routine. She keeps your pain in mind during it. Its clean and very concern about covid and your safety. I highly recommend it and would give it higher than a 5. 6/24 I had my left knee replacement. I returned to the peoria pt. I had Mckenzie Reeg work with me. She was a excellent trainer. She took me through the exercises and made sure I was doing them correctly. She was friendly and made u feel comfortable. I would give her a 5÷. Personally I would always choose Peoria PT because the whole staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I am recovering because of them.
