Banner Physical Therapy - Old Town Scottsdale

I recently visited this physical therapy office after suffering a shoulder injury, and I can't recommend them enough. From the moment I walked in, the experience was top-notch. Dr. Cole, Emily, and Shawn were all incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. They took the time to thoroughly assess my injury and explain the best course of treatment after my surgery. I really appreciated how they made me feel heard and empowered throughout the process. They didn't just treat my symptoms—they focused on improving my overall strength and mobility, which has been so helpful in managing the pain after my surgery. Michelle at the front desk was also a joy to work with. She’s welcoming, efficient, and always had a smile on her face. Whether it was helping with scheduling or answering any questions I had, Michelle made everything so easy. Overall, the care and professionalism at this office are outstanding. I feel well recovered and can continue my day to day activities. I’m grateful to have had such a great team support me through my recovery. Highly recommend!

Had a complete tear of my bicep repaired in August. Been seeing Cole since Sept and have 100% mobility restored in my arm. Strength is coming back quickly. Cole had helped with some nerve issues I had post surgery and I feel great. Highly recommend him and his staff!👌

I can’t speak highly enough of my PT experience. The location receptionist, Michele is friendly, kind and professional. My therapist Cole has guided me from my first visit from lumbar fusion having to use a cane to walking a few miles a day cane free. Cole has been a great coach in the process. I'm so pleased with the results from my physical therapy sessions at this facility. Cole targeted the cause of my issues, and I have made significant improvement over the course of my PT. I'm much stronger and able to run agility without pain! The staff are all very friendly and professional. The site is clean, modern and has a variety of equipment to work with. I had a wonderful experience at Banner Physical Therapy in Old Town Scottsdale. I went in for chronic neck pain and stiffness (brought about by a combination of weakness and overuse), and felt my symptoms alleviate after about three sessions. I was lucky enough to work with Cole, who was really fantastic and encouraging throughout. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain different pain management strategies, as well as his guidance on how I could modify exercises I would regularly do at the gym to better suit my specific strengthening needs and goals. I would also like to note that Michelle at the front desk was always incredibly friendly, as well as really accommodating when it came to scheduling. All in all, highly recommend!

Cole , is more knowledgeable than the two doctors I have seen. After only a few sessions with Cole I am doing much better. He’s a great therapist for certain. JG
