Banner Physical Therapy - Mesa - Greenfield

I have been going to therapy for my shoulder at Banner Physical Therapy at Greenfield and Brown. Katie the therapist has done a great job for me. She explained everything to be from the beginning and set a goal for me. We have met that goal and my shoulder is feeling great! I highly recommend Katie and the entire staff!

I cannot stress this enough, if you are able to do so, take advantage of the pre-visit online tools, including uploading a copy of your insurance card prior to arriving for your first visit, and it will make your check-in go quickly and smoothly. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and they put you at ease very quickly. The assessment is thorough but as a patient you must be upfront and honest about your symptoms for PT to be successful. The staff also demonstrate great patience as you take in all the instructions, and they follow up with reassurance and encouragement as they help you recover. The online tools that offer visual examples of each exercise you are to perform, and a check-off list are very helpful to keep one motivated and on track with their prescribed routine.

I was referred to Banner Physical Therapy on Greenfield and Brown in Mesa, AZ by my Orthopedic Doctor. I have really enjoyed being a patient there. I have been greeted by name (AWESOME) which these days seems to be a lost art. The space is clean and organized and everyone from the receptionist to the physical therapist have been friendly and easy to work with. I have worked with Brittany, Mike and Eric and all three have been super helpful in answering questions and creating a routine that works for me. The staff at Banner therapy in Greenfield and Brown are the most friendliest and very helpful to your needs. If you need therapy try them out they are great.

Banner physical therapy has been a great experience. Christina has been a fantastic therapist & is excellent with follow up. I feel very safe as they are diligent in wiping down the equipment & everyone is masked. I definitely would recommend them to my friends & family.

By far my best experience with physical therapy! I was so impressed with Christina's knowledge and compassion. Each session was modified in real time based on how my knee was feeling and responding to therapy. Christina is truly wonderful at what she does! The facility is clean, other staff friendly and everything top notch.
