Banner Physical Therapy - Maricopa

Can’t say enough about the care I received ! Jacob is by far the BEST Physical Therapist that I have ever had. He has helped me improve my problems with my knee and certainly helped me avoid knee replacement. My pain is gone and my balance has improved immensely. He is so kind and understanding. It is a pleasant experience from the time you walk in. Everyone is very friendly. Again thank you Jacob!!

I have been going to Banner Physical Therapy to recover from 2 surgeries. A total hip replacement and a total shoulder replacement. The staff is Amazing! The receptionist “Donna” is sooooo kind and helpful and easy to work with. She is your first introduction to Banner Physical Therapy. What a great example! Each of the Therapist are very skilled and kind and have such compassion for each of with all our aches and pains in the recovery ❤️‍🩹 process. I have had 10 total joint replacement surgeries and they have been instrumental in these last 2 in helping re gain a full range of motion which is so important. I highly recommend the All of Team at Maricopa Banner Physical Therapy!!!! They are the Best!!!!

Andrea Deeter is an awesome Physical Therapist. Andrea has an excellent attitude, and she is extremely professional. Andrea makes everyone around her feel special. I love the fact that Andea explains why we perform tasks during therapy and she also explains the goals expected and achieved.

Andrea welcomed me with a smile upon us first meeting. Andrea is very kind, compassionate and patient. Andrea is an active listener, provides compassionate feedback, and is very thorough in her efforts to render excellent and appropriate services. Andrea genuinely cares for her clients and their health and wellness.

Donna is wonderful, professional and kind. She goes above and beyond for patient's. She has walked me to my car on may occasions. Kytan and Victoria are saints. They are kind and show compassion. I have great range of motion and strength after having a total knee replacement. I highly recommend them as physical therapist.

Jacob and Andrea are truly the "A" team. Out of the 5 facilities I've been to within the past 10 years here in Maricopa, this is by far the best facility with the best staff.

I an very pleased with the treatment i an receiving from my Therapist. It has made a world of deference as related to pain. It would even be better if i did the homework every day. Thanks for your work.

Live in Maricopa and walked in to look at facility and drop off a referral for PT. Though I was greeted with a smile, the dark haired woman behind the counter made me feel unwelcome. She looked uninterested at my referral and said well we are booked up until June. Not one client in the place, except a therapist sitting on a table (probably doing his notes) and her. This was at 11:44 today. I felt pre-judged by someone who probably didn’t like her job or doesn’t want to serve medicare patients. Banner health, this is the face of your brand. SMH!
