We've had the best experience so far! My son has severe anxiety. Gina has been so kind and patient with him, working with him in private rooms so he can feel safe while working on his aches. Front desk gals are so sweet (especially Amanda!!)... everyone has been so friendly!

I would give this a facility a 5 but I cannot in good conscience do so. The physical therapist was fantastic. Mackenzie is probably one of the best pediatric physical therapists you can find. The front desk staff though is spotty. There’s maybe 1 competent person who works the front office, the rest are pretty incapable of doing their job which includes running payments, telling you if you have a balance, and ensuring your account is up to date. If you chose to use this place do so with a great deal of caution and ask for your payment receipt every time and verify every visit that your account shows no balance and that they haven’t opened multiple accounts for you. I did ask numerous times if we had a balance even after putting a card on file, even after getting receipts for visits. Sometimes I’d go in and get a surprise you owe hundreds of dollars because we never ran your payment or my favorite they ran my payment, told me we had a zero balance, then sent me to collections and refused to fix their mistake. So incredibly unethical in terms of billing practices. Their newest front desk person also allows you to say 2 words, even when you’re being nice, then puts you on hold repeatedly and doesn’t know how to pull up patient accounts. Why they allow someone so untrained to be in a busy office by herself seems irresponsible and likely leads to the problems I experienced. In general I’d stay far away from this hot mess.

Gina has been very helpful in helping me recovery from the pain that I have been experiencing. I would highly recommend her as a physical therapist.

Jeremy is excellent in what he does. He is very concerned about my welfare making sure that I do not over do it. I am very comfortable working with Jeremy.

Staff is friendly and professional. It is quiet and organized and it's nice seeing one therapist and not being passed around each appointment.

Very professional respectfully and know what he is doing he has been a great help in my medical issues
