Janet has been helping my son recover from a repetitive motion hand injury, and her therapy has been great! She is professional and friendly and listens closely to her patients. She is methodical and gives clear instructions for the home exercises she assigns. Thanks so much, Janet!

I highly Recommend Banner PT. The entire team has been very helpful. I was referred by my physicians team who were months out for PT. Sherri (hope I spelled that correct) got me appointment right away. Josh, my therapist has been attentive and appears very happy and caring. That appears to be a theme with the other employees as well. Josh is very interactive, he seems to remember small details about all my injuries, giving me specific goals that are achievable considering my current state. Very personal experience and great connection with me as a patient. I have been very ecstatic about my recovery as I have been physically down with a spinal injury for a long time. Working with this team I am positive I will be outdoors riding, and fishing, all over the great state of Arizona again very soon. Positive thoughts to all of you.

I have been bringing my son to Banner PT for over a month now. His therapist Lacey is absolutely amazing. From the day we met her she has treated us with such kindness. I really appreciate her patience with my son and how she explains things to him at his level. He is really learning a lot about his body and is treated as the patient. She makes it a point to ask him questions and he feels super empowered. I am beyond impressed with the quality and care we have received. Front office staff are also so welcoming and warm. I love it that they acknowledge my son as well!

Everyone at Banner Physical Therapy was very nice and friendly. My therapist, Josh, was attentive and helpful. He made me feel as if he cared about what we were doing. He was encouraging and knowledgeable.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The front staff are incredibly rude and disrespectful the second you ask them to do something for YOUR care. If they didn’t have the front staff it would be a good place . Reported them to my insurance company as well DO NOT GO HERE

I started pelvic floor therapy with Lacey Hardcastle at this facility. I have loved everything about my experience. The support staff are polite and respectful. Lacey is phenomenal. Her bedside manner, knowledge and experience, willingness to listen and answer questions, her demonstrations and use of real models have given me so much confidence and hope! She is always “present” and shows she cares. Her full attention is with me when I am there. I absolutely value her. The facility is great and clean. I have to drive 30 minutes to get here but so worth it!

OT Janel Crowl is wonderful! I not only feel like i am in good hands, but "Great Hands with Janet!" Not only does she know what she is doing, she is also very kind and gentle when working on my wrist. I would strongly recommend her for any type of hand therapy!

Allison Henry, PT Is an amazing therapist who works with you and listens. The whole staff is amazing and makes what could be a scary experience super easy. Thank you for all you do!
