Athena is a compassionate, caring therapist. She listens carefully and gives excellent feedback to questions. She is a patient instructor on the techniques she is teaching. Athena is truly amazing. I enjoy going to my sessions and feel that I am already making progress and will continue to do well with her help.

My Lady Therapist is an excellent person with us the patients. Taylor, is very professional about the techniques and work she is doing with my personal situation, explained well what will be my treatment step by step and doing her therapy every day I have scheduled at the facility to continue with my recovery and follow up at home making the movements to focus on improving the quality of the movements.

Hitherto, my experience has been great; however, I was asked to pay $23.00 per visit, yet I have been receiving ridiculous emails from Banner billing informing me to, “Do what’s important by paying my bill.” Last week, it was about $.70. Today, it was, for $.80; therefore, I will take the advice, and complete the services that I am currently scheduled to receive dated 13/03/2024. The billing department needs to juxtapose their billing with what the client has agreed to, and cease sending out ridiculous bills making stupid suggestions on a weekly basis. My insurance company, (Aetna), stated, We negotiated a rate with the therapy department; however, the therapy department can charge you whatever they want. You qualify, for 23 physical therapy appointments a year, but that doesn’t mean that you need to receive all 23 it’s up to you.” I would like to know if anyone else has been harassed by the billing department after communicating with the physical therapy department? I can truly tell you that I have enjoyed the service from the therapy department, but I will complete my services with them 12/02/2024, based on the ridiculous manner in which I am being told what to do after I have paid the agreed amount of each session. Now, my suggestion to the billing department is ‘do the math.’

I'm so delighted to have found Elizabeth Chichester at Banner Physical Therapy who specializes in pelvic floor PT. She is fact based and taught me so much. My life is better because of working with her the past 6 months. If you have pelvic health concerns - get an appointment!!

Upon having my 2nd session with Athena who gave me instructions on some exercises to work on, I experienced some result before my 3rd session with her. I gained more information on suggestions she proposed for me to make changes in my daily eating & water drinking to alleviate nightly bathroom breaks. I hope it works.

From my very first visit meeting Tara she is very professional and a very personable person which I truly appreciate.
