My therapist, Carrie Ayers, has a broad understanding of post-polio syndrome and some of its challenges. I feel she hears me and I am very happy with her treatments of me.

This is the second time I have used Banner Physical Therapy following knee replacement surgery in the last 2 years. I'm grateful to have physical therapy services available so close to home with staff that are GREAT! Michele (receptionist) conscientiously keeps a great schedule of appointments with reminders ... she's proactive to match insurance with the appointments with the patients to cover costs to minimize out-of-pocket expenses. All of the physical therapists are knowledgeable, professional, personable, considerate of the client's comfort levels during treatments, and focusing on a plan that addresses client goals. I highly recommend those who live nearby to take advantage of the location and great care one will receive. They have great equipment for helping recover from injuries and surgeries. The facility is somewhat small compared to other places where I previously received treatment -- but that's a good thing for the clients, because the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing for clients.

I have been working with Angelie at Banner Physical Therapy Verrado for several weeks. She has given me the tools to not only recover my mobility, but additionally has helped me with a strategy to keep me flexible as I age. Scheduling was easy and flexible as I needed for work. I graduated today! I am confident if I use the tools I was given I will remain strong! I highly recommend Banner Physical Therapy in Verrado. I am grateful to walk pain free!

Not only did my health improve as a result of the therapy I received. I left educated as how I could continue to improve. As a person who works diligently to maintain my health, this was gold!

Carrie is my therapist and I highly recommend her and the facility. She takes her time with me and understands my needs. She treats me like an individual not just another patient. She's thorough and very caring. My care requires one on one sessions which has been an amazing experience so far. I've even sent my son there for his physical therapy sessions. Highly recommend.

AJ is prejudice, condescending, demeaning, and harshly rude. She is in the wrong field. Staff has witnessed her behavior and reflect the disdain on their face but no one has done anything about it. She is a bully to ones she feel are defenseless. She is a horrible reflection on this location.

Angelie is so fantastic to work with, really appreciate her help getting me healed from shoulder surgery.
