My PT Ed is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He makes the experience much more enjoyable and takes time to get to know his patients and their needs and want they want to achieve. I would highly recommend coming here for all your physical therapy needs!

The Arrowhead location has extended hours which makes before work appointments possible; the physical therapy room is spacious, with the equipment maintained in great condition. But, what makes the place the best, is the staff - in particular, physical therapist Ed L. Ed is knowledgeable, professional, personable, and caring. He takes a genuine interest in his patients' health and is always offering to provide support, answer questions, and look for answers. Thank-you, Ed!

I found Banner Physical Therapy to be a very comfortable place to recover from a total knee replacement surgery. The therapists, both Ed and Thomas, are polite, caring, professional, empathetic and effective. Treatment is explained thoroughly, attention is given to pain levels, and outcomes are described in detail. The studio is very clean and neat. The staff is friendly and warm and I feel overall it’s a perfect place to get better. I’ve been to PT before and have always wanted it to be over with quick. At Banner Physical Therapy I feel like the work given is perfectly in tune with my injuries and I am glad to be doing the exercises.
