Terrible place and staff. Called many times to confirm if I need an appointment and to clarify address, directions, parking instructions and no one ever picks up. So you'd expect to get there and see the place busy and staff running around. NOPE. Just a bunch of people sitting, laughing, chitchatting, anything but actually doing their jobs or answering people's calls.

I usually only review restaurants but I was so impressed with this place I had to write something. The staff was super super friendly which I've not found a lot of in medical buildings like this. Especially the African American woman at the desk doing the check-ins, she was so lovely and friendly from the second I walked in the door. I was here for some blood work and screenings for my job and I came in without an appointment on a Friday at 10am. And I was there just a little over an hour. Very pleased! Thank you!

Go anywhere but here the receptionist have no idea how to do there jobs. The doctors are great if you can get passed the horrors and down right rudeness of the front desk crew. They talk negatively about patients at the desk.

Went there for a work physical and was seen in a short amount of time and everyone was super friendly. The receptionist on both of my visits were both so nice and informative. Everyone was very nice and explained everything and went through everything in a very fast manor .

I have excellent customer service whenever I go there. However, they almost never answer the phones and when they do, you are placed on hold for lengthy periods of time. I waited 37 mins before I finally hung up this time. I appreciate your staff and your services alot but please fix the phone problem where nobody answers or they place you on hold for 30+ minutes. Thanks!

fast and easy process for my onboarding health screening, tb test and drug test. i unfortunately do not remember the name of the MA who drew my blood etc but he was very helpful, careful, and made sure i was comfortable during the process.

Showed up at 2:40 for a 3:00 appointment. After waiting over an hour, at 3:45 I asked when I could expect to be seen and was told that there were only two nurses in the back and they would get to me as soon as possible. After another 30 minutes I asked again and was told I was third in line of the people in the waiting room, 5th overall since they had just taken two people in the back to be seen. I was told I would get in “maybe by 5:00 or 5:30”. I requested to reschedule for a later date and left, and I had watched two other people who’d arrived before me do the same. The staff was polite and professional, and I could tell they were working hard. Clearly, though, they had been put in a bad situation by whoever is in charge of scheduling appointments. If you don’t have the staff, don’t overbook yourselves. The whole point of making appointments is so that there isn’t a massive queue of frustrated people who’ve wasted their afternoons waiting around. Not to mention the fact that half of the people are crossing their legs the entire time they wait because they have to give a urine sample. I’m praying for a better experience at my rescheduled appointment :(

Stay away from Banner!!! I would give them negative stars if I could. The majority of all staff are either incompetent or lazy. I don’t have the time or energy to tell you how many times they messed things up. No follow up calls, “lost information” (requiring me to return and be charged 2x) only to lose it a second time. I’m still trying to get results from tests taken 6mo ago!!! Calling doesn’t help, they constantly transfer you to another department who eventually transfers you back to the one. They have 2.5 ⭐️ for a reason!
