The feeding therapy for my baby only served to reinforce her feeding aversion and add more appointments to our sleep-deprived life. If your baby has a feeding aversion, I hope you can get the book “Your Baby’s Bottle-Feeding Aversion: Reasons & Solutions”, by Rowena Bennett. What had been months of suffering started to resolve within one day, thanks to that book. The therapist did say she’d order it when I told her, and, I don’t think this is the only place that’s doing methods that don’t actually work. Rowena (author) also helps with breast-feeding aversion and older kids. I think more “experts” will know what she knows in ten years, but, oh my gosh, please refer to her materials if your baby/child has a feeding aversion instead of wasting your time at places that don’t offer any progress (this was one of many). I hope this book helps somebody reading this one day! And I hope everyone that works with feeding reads it!!!

My visit today was absolutely horrible. The waiting was not bad but once I got into take a pre-hire drug screen everything went badly. The nurse was very casual and unfriendly then went to draw blood and could not find a vein twice, which has never been a problem for the many other nurses that have had to take my blood. With those two pokes, the nurse did not apologize and did not take out the needle properly and only provided a bandaid once I asked for one. She then kept joking about not being able to find a vein and then said that we’d have to use a vein in my hand and then said it would hurt a lot more and laughed. (All of this after I told her I was afraid of needles) Then I gave a urine sample which was not horrible but she was rude about how little I gave and then it turned out yo be enough. Then she had another nurse come into try to take another blood sample and that nurse failed too. Once she took out the needle she discovered that if she had waited a little longer it would have worked. They both laughed and went to take my hand (assuming to try to find a vein there) without my consent. I stopped them and left. Horrible horrible place.

Mary Kramer (Speech Language Pathologist) has been so helpful. I have been dealing with a health concern for over 1 year. Mary's thorough approach to care has finally provided answers that we have been searching for. She is increadibly compasionate and knowleadgable. I would recommend her to anyone.

SARAH TRUESDALE!!!! SHOULD BE FIRED. totally disrespectful and not helpful or understanding at all. SARAH if you don't like what you do, quit please. I Showed up with a right wrist injury (right hand dominate) and received no help with any paperwork, where to sign the info they needed, no help emptying pockets for a drug screen, even irritated on how long it took me to provide a u.a. sample (knowing my dominate hand is messed up)Vague information on follow up care. Overall next time I'd trust a monkey rather than this place if that is how the rest of the staff is. Only reason I chose here was because of workmans comp was accepted at this location. The main doc was ok but......AVOID SARAH TRUESDALE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All-around great experience! The front desk receptionist, Lisa, was extremely helpful and friendly; She was such a pleasent person to speak with. The medical assistant/CNA was equally as nice. This staff provides great customer service.

I would highly recommend using a different facility, they treated me very unfairly according to DOT regulations. I provived 50 mL of urine and they said it wasnt enough. According to DOT rule 49 Part 40 section 40.193 i was only required to produce 45 mL. Obviously the empolyment at the particular facility aren't aware of current laws. I was also informed i would have my CDL A revoked due to this occurence. Thankfully I'm educated in DOT regulations enough to know this was false. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU FEEL YOU MAY BE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST.

Most staff is friendly, but we will avoid using them in the future because they have been very difficult to deal with for DOT physicals, (denying for inane reasons, loosing paperwork) and for drug tests (not using the proper forms/tests causing delayed results)
