Banner Occupational Health Clinic

This place is trash. Just another gimmick. I just had a DOT physical at my primary doctor's office and passed with flying colors. My employer insists on physicals here and these people (Gayle) will look for any excuse to rope you into all kinds of expensive tests, experiments, lab monkey dummy and anything else to get kick backs from her determinations. Whatever you do avoid this place as much as possible. We've all learned over the last fee years that these "medical professionals" are money hungry and misdiagnose for the all mighty dollar and for the political beliefs.

Every time that ive been to the clinic, the front staff and the doctor have been wonderful. CFNP Gayle Milek, is wonderful. She is thorough and caring, a perfect combination.

Quite possibly the smoothest pre-employment screening I've ever had. No wait, simple and fast check-in, and was able to be seen immediately after. Nancy's patient care is absolutely wonderful and her attention to detail is top-notch. When it comes to work-related healthcare needs, this clinic has you covered!

This is the BEST Banner experience I have ever had, this includes Banner urgent care and even as an ex Banner employee! Nancy and Carla all 3 times I've been here have been so much fun and they allow me to be my bubbly giggly self. Wonderful patient care. If I could work here with them I would!!!! They make Banner great
