Front desk was very pleasant. Medical assistant was very nice. Make sure she addressed any of my concerns before seeing the doctor and of course the neurologist was very caring and took care of everything that I needed.

Front desk staff is excellent. Although one talks so extremely loud, the other can't be heard by her patient when trying to schedule. This NP, Mr. Myers, talks fast and non-stop and doesn't listen or interact much with the patient. If you are slow because of a neurological condition (which is why you're there, right?), don't expect him to adjust for that. (??)

From the minute I walked in the people were friendly , on time and genuinely caring. The physician was kind and patient and answered all of my questions.

Would advise you to avoid at all cost! There doctors have no accountability, and the management is even worse. They dismissed me without a conversation, canceled my appointments with out my knowledge, and when I asked to discuss it with the managers they lied on their records about having a conversation with me, just to avoid any confrontation. Terrible office with extremely reckless practice. Would NOT recommend!!!

Not my first visit, but again it was a stress free consultation. The front counter staff were excellent, and Dr. Shonk is a throughly decent man to deal with; he has no airs of percieved superiority, or having descend from Mout Olypyus to dein to see me. As we would say in Australia; he is a top bloke!

We were so pleased with our experience here. The staff was friendly and Dr Spies was wonderful. She listened and treated us very respectfully. We are very appreciative for doctors like her, who genuinely care about their patients.

Great all-around service from reception staff, assistants, and health care provider.

EDIT:10/01/2022 - Banner Neurology sent a letter out AFTER Canceling my appt on 09/28/2022. Dawn Canceled my appointment and decided that they could no longer do anything else for me. They are trying to blame me for their short comings and I do not appreciate the behavior. Banner Neurology fails to properly compare MRIs they've been taking, failing to properly address situations with patients, a hire neurologists that are NPs that scoff and do not take patients as well as their support system seriously. Worst place to go. Do not go here if you actually want them to care and give a proper diagnosis. NCFM is amazingly attentive and I appreciate all the people there.
