Banner Health Center

I have been coming to this Banner facility for the last year and I am very happy with the care I have received. My provider is genuinely concerned with my health and listens to my concerns. I am able to get an appointment in a timely manor as well. I love the fact that they also have tele-health. Best Banner facility I have been too.

Had an appointment with Dr. Martin who was absolutely wonderful. Her and her staff were very attentive and caring. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Went to Banner in an attempt to find a new local Dr. I made an appointment to see a Dr. Kamireddy. Banner cancelled and rescheduled my appointment twice. When I showed up for the 3rd appointment, they told me that they didn't have my appointment scheduled, so they rescheduled me with a PA. I never have seen the original Dr. That was a while ago. Yesterday I called to make an appointment again. I was on the phone for 20 minutes, talking to two different people, having to describe twice what was wrong with me, just to have the triage nurse tell me that it could be serious and I needed to be seen within 24 hours. She then came back to tell me that there was nothing available for 2 weeks and told me to go to an urgent care. I could've done that without talking to you for 20 minutes!

I'm so glad I switched to Banner. For two years now, they're actually ready to see me at my appt time. Also, the message portal works great and the team is always responsive.

Dr Dong is amazing he is so reassuring he’s explains everything and makes sure I understand what he’s explaining to me has so much patience even tho I ask him the same question over and over again he don’t mind would definitely recommend him to friends and family not to mention I been misdiagnosed with lupus I had pain for many many years he made sure to refer me to get to the bottom of this my rheumatologist had me doing transfusions for something I didn’t have it was literally killing me slowly now I feel like a whole brand new person thank you DR.Dong forever grateful

For being a new patient I was kind of leary and kind of nervous but they made me very comfortable it wasn't a long wait it wasn't any type of drama just trying to look up my insurance or anything like that what liking my old doctor's office was in town and it's close by my house well a lot closer than my other doctor's office. And Dr dong, he's very friendly and is very professional and he answers every question that you have

Dr Fleming is a wonderful doctor. She is kind, caring, knowledgeable, responsible doing the things she said she would do without delay. She is a good listener and genuinely want to help.

Maricopa Banner Health in my case provided me with excellent service. I do wish that they reinstate the X-Ray office for patients needs.
