The facility is nice and clean everyone professional.When I got there the front staff was very nice,and courteous.Even when I was called to the back for X-ray the Tech was pleasant. My first impression of Dr.Park he were very professional. Because he were nice, he listen to me, because I'm the patients. To know that he care and understand his patient that means a lot to me. I will referred my family and friend to him. He friendly too.

During my recent first visit, a great impression was made by staff. Every interaction was pleasant and timely. It would be nice if other doctor offices were as efficient and professional as I found Baldwin Bone and Joint to be.

This place of business should be ashamed of themselves. Poor management allows verbal & physical abuse to employees. Patient's private information is open for all to see while walking down any hall (HIPPA violations galore)& the x-ray room is a complete fire hazard with numerous extention cords plugged in for the Christmas lights they hang.Oh, and don't bother the administrator with any of your legitimate concerns because you will get fired.

TW: Car accident, post op, MRI Dr. Allison Hunter and her staff are THE BEST. She is truly a miracle worker. I was in a car accident in Oct. 23, broke my wrist. I had no idea, we double checked, triple checked. Thought it was a stretched tendon that would heal on its own. I wore a brace for 6 weeks, when my hand didn’t get any better; we figured it was my slightly labor intensive job not giving my wrist the break it needs. It was interfering with my job. I called BB&J and found out surgery was required ASAP. They said I was just a few more months away from being one good handed at 23. Original surgery plan was to take a bone graft from my hip, and secure it in my wrist with several screws and plates. Dr. Allison Hunter heard my concerns and came up with a different plan. She was able to take a graft from the same arm, and use one screw to secure it. I wore a thumb-spiked ✨sparkly ✨ cast for 9 weeks and a thumb-spiked brace for 4. X-RAYS were exactly what we were hoping for. Scheduled for PT at North Baldwin soon and I have already improved so much. Walking in all staff was great and friendly. Dr. Hicks is also great. Listened and got to point. Showed and explained thoroughly results of Xray. Offered treatment no one else has, for many years. Building is big beautiful and very clean. Again staff was great. Thank you ladies!

I have had the most wonderful experience with Baldwin Bone & Joint. All of the staff are so warm, caring, and kind. Dr. Matthew Goldman is probably one of the better doctors (and excellent surgeon) I have seen in years. His easy and clear manner in communicating information (even if not what I want to hear) is always appreciated. He is very informative about expectations and goals to meet. Never once have I felt just a number. I always feel treated as a person with real concerns. Anytime I have questions outside of the office visit, they have been very quick to reply and find solutions as needed. Just a great all around experience!

Dr. Todd gets 5 stars from me. He is truly an exceptional shoulder specialist. Listens to your concerns and explains his ideas for treatment and why. Allows time to discuss different possible treatments and what he feels is the most appropriate solution for your needs. Highly recommend him for any shoulder issues.

This has to be one of the best visits at a doctor's office I've ever experienced. As busy as they looked, the wait time for everything was minimal. The physicians were thorough with my examination, answered all questions and explained things in great detail. The entire office was very kind and compassionate. I only wish I could come here for all of my ailments outside of the realm of orthopedics!
