I met Charisse at a yoga training and was talking to her about how I just started going to a pelvic floor PT. She said she did that too. In those few days she taught Mr more than the two sessions that I had with my PT. I met my pelvic floor for the first time. She cupped my c section scar and taught me breathing techniques. If I didn’t live 4 hours away she would be my weekly PT. If you get an opportunity to work with her do! She makes you feel comfortable, listens and really cares. She is the best!!

I met Charisse for her Spinning Babies class which was a great intro to the anatomy of giving birth and was FULL of awesome recommendations for my partner and I to do before and during labor. I also saw her for Prenatal Perineal Prep. It was my first time doing pelvic floor therapy and she was incredibly patient and created a really calm, safe space. I walked away with breathing tools and position recommendations for labor and birth that were really tailored to my body and birth preferences. I would definitely recommend Charisse for anyone looking for prenatal support and education.
