Balanced Physical Therapy has been a game-changer for my daughter, who is a dedicated dancer spending countless hours training each week. From the moment you walk in, the front desk team makes you feel welcomed and cared for. The therapists, especially Heather and Kira, are fantastic! They truly understand dancers and know how to communicate in a way that resonates with them. My daughter has not only improved in her targeted areas but also gained strength in the finer details that elevate her technique. She feels a significant difference in her overall dancing, which has boosted her confidence. We are so grateful to have found Balanced Physical Therapy—they really know how to keep dancers performing at their best!

It is very rare that I give anyone or anything 5 stars but Balanced PT and Pilates is a wonderful facility. I have had the pleasure of working with all the PT’s there over the past 5. years with various ailments. Heather and her team are incredible. I am currently recovering from knee surgery and have been working with Natasha. She is wonderful and has me on the road to recovery. I would recommend Balanced PT to anyone. They are amazing!

I came to Balanced Physical Therapy for treatment of Right hip pain 8 months post Total Hip Replacement. As a physical therapist, I was unable to perform dry needling at home. Heather is an excellent physical therapist. Treatment is always 1 on 1. The clinic is very professional. I will recommend this clinic to all my friends and family.

😀I highly recommend Balanced PT. Heather and her team are patient, knowledgeable and welcoming. I had a sprained ankle and Heather helped rehab me so I could get back to hiking again, which is important for my livelihood. I also attended her Pilates classes which helped my core strength and prevent more back problems. It is a continual effort to stay well so regular attendance is the way to go. Heather and her team can help children with anatomical imbalances, dancers, athletes, mid-lifers and the aging. She is highly educated and I feel safe with her and her team, which is not always the case with each team member. She trained them well. You won't be disappointed! Written by Julie Lockwood

I have been going to Balanced Physical Therapy, Pilates & Performance Center for over two years and it has changed my life for the better! Whether doing Pilates Physical Therapy with Heather and Crystal or Pilates with Audrey the staff is top notch and has helped me immensely as I navigated recovery from multiple surgeries. Ashleigh at the front desk is a master at scheduling. This is truly a professional, knowledgeable and empathetic studio that enables me to live a more active life. Worth every penny and highly recommended!

Wow! Right when I walked in the door I could tell Balanced PT was the right choice. Very clean & welcomed by a smiling face. Then their PT, Natasha, worked on my neck and did some exercises and I was able to walk out free from vertigo! Very impressed! Definitely going back and will refer friends and family.

A very welcoming environment! I love the Pilates classes here! They are challenging and fun. As a dancer recovering from an injury I have found a great place to regain my strength, flexibility and awareness of my body.

As my daughter would say, I’m obsessed with Balanced Physical Therapy and Pilates! Everyone is so kind and caring with a calm vibe and safe space. Our daughter has been doing dancer pilates here for 2 and a half years. She improved her posture and core strength. At 48 I started pilates, which is the best exercise anyone can choose for their bodies. 35 years of tennis have butchered my knees but too young for surgery I lived in pain. Pilates has decreased my knee pain so much I’m the most mobile I’ve been in 2 years. My husband at 53 started physical therapy for his genetic kyphosis so we can regularly practice pilates together and he can live with much less pain and more mobility! Happier, healthier family. Thank you BPTP
