From the moment you walk in the office you feel welcome. Holly is an incredibly knowledgeable PT and is able to clearly articulate exercises and plans with my child while empowering her to continue growing in her sports. My daughter had scoliosis which Holly was able to completely correct without surgery needed or the wait and see approach others wanted to do.

I had a great experience at Balance the Curve. It was my first visit. After telling Holly about myself and what I wanted to achieve, she explained to me the process and steps to get where I wanted to get. She did a great job in explaining everything. She gave me some exercises to do at home and will go back for a few more sessions.

Working with Holly at Balance the Curve has been a game changer. From the initial evaluation while pinpointing mobility and pain issues, to hands on therapy and effective exercises, Holly’s knowledge, patience and compassion have been second to none. Highly recommend!

I’ve been working with Shannon and she is amazing! I’ve had chronic back pain for years and finally found a provider who has actually taken time to identify the root cause and is working with me to correct it through manual therapies and stabilize with exercises. I’m extremely grateful I found her and this practice!

We are so grateful for Holly Welch and Balance the Curve! Her knowledge, advice and encouragement have made a huge difference in my daughter's Scoliosis journey -- from in-brace to life after the brace. We originally travelled almost 200 miles to see Holly for Schroth PT appointments (well worth the trips!) and transitioned to virtual appointments as needed. It is unbelievable how she is able to assess and guide virtually. Holly has just the right combination of expertise, empathy, and motivation that we didn't find with other therapists. Each session ends with a clear plan for next steps and renewed peace of mind that we are in the very best hands.

Holly and Whitney are the best! I started working with Holly Welch for scoliosis related pain and it has been so great to be able to come to Balance the Curve and take the Pilates Classes as well as attend physical therapy classes. Whitney is very personable and truly wants to help every patient feel great while taking Pilates. Holly and Whitney have both worked with me individually to try to help to get rid of my pain as well as make Pilates better for me as an individual! I have learned some of my limitations based on my scoliosis and I believe I will continue to be more successful and pain free with Holly and Whitney's help! I would recommend everyone to try a Pilates class!! Truly my favorite time of the week!!

I’ll admit to dragging myself grudgingly to exercise programs in the past, but I actually look forward to Pilates with Holly at her new studio, Balance the Curve. I feel so much better after each session and she is wonderful to work with - knowledgeable, patient, creative in adapting my program to what I need, cheerful, calm, and smart. She is a physical therapist who knows her stuff and understands the relationship between movement and pain relief. In just a few weeks, I can see a big difference in my flexibility and strength. Her studio is bright and inviting with all new equipment and great organization. Stop by and chat with her about how she can help you. Her Instagram tips are great too.

Holly is amazing. Great at communication, knowledgeable, and just really sweet! She has helped me to get some recurring back pain I have been dealing with due to scoliosis under control. I'm so thankful!
